i was watching a drama online.. all of suddenly my wifi stops? it was buffing? i unplug my cable wifi modem and my others network.. it still doesnt work? about 30 mins or 20 mins later.. it suddenly works everything back to normal? what does that mean? i cant go online with my devices i have at home?

Is my system really hacked?? As per the video, I installed the WiFi inspector & checked it, but didn't find any other devices except that of my router & phone. Another strange thing is that, in Mac from this list where my router Mac was correct & my phone Mac was 20:00:00:00:00:00. Kindly suggest on this thank you
I recommend running Windows in safe mode and then opening the command prompt (CMD). Type in: "chkdsk C: /f /r" and then hit ENTER. Next, type in: "Sfc /scannnow" and then hit ENTER. Next, (in search box) type in: "Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool" and hit ENTER. Restart your PC. If that didn't fix your problem, open your laptop and remove the RAM stick. Make sure there isn't any corrosion on the golden pins. If you have 2 RAM sticks try running with only 1 of them, if still not working, try with only the other 1. If you find that one of the RAM sticks is causing the problem, you might need to replace it.
