I tried this and it worked, however; it would not bring me into the 'secondary user,' only to the primary user which didn't seem to make a difference.

I'm not sure why maybe it's because we have SD instead of HD butt I can't find a settings gear icon on my options it's just got the old school set up with the menu lock X favorites etcetera but there's no option in the screen is completely different

... so now, I have NetFlix charges as a result of my son being able to override the Parental Controls and then access the NetFlix app, add an e-mail address and link the billing to my Xfinity account! Lovely, huh? This wouldn't have been possible if the Parental Controls worked correctly!!! Terrible, terrible bug.
