I test drove a 2019 F150 XLT 3.5 EB crewcab 4x4 about a year ago. I couldn't wait to turn it around after the body shudder and non stop upshifting from the 10 speed auto. I recently had a 2020 Chevy Silverado Z71 RST crew cab for a loaner. The bouncy front end killed it for me. My wife and I just test drove a 2020 Nissan Titan SV 4x4 this weekend and were blown away for tons of reasons. The interior quality, seat comfort, ride, power, steering feel, just everything overall was quite impressive. It's also quite a bit less money than the others. While I realize the Ram might be the nicest truck, I'm getting worn from the lack of quality of the Big 3 truck manufacturers. Everything about the Titan feels like it was made to last. You give up about 1000 pounds in towing, but I would NEVER tow more than about 6500 pounds with a 1500 series truck, so that means nothing to us. We hope to make a deal in the next month. Amazing safety features and electronics that are standard on this truck.
What I love about the Titan is that it really mixed the best of the old trucks with the best of the new. It still sounds, drives, and works like the "old truck" with all of the safety and tech of the new with the best truck warranty on the market. Too many truck manufacturers are turning pickups into luxury cars.
Howdy, great review as always! I have to admit, the Tundra makes a strong case for its self and I think it’s only beat by the Ram, and slightly ahead of or tied with GM and Ford! It goes without saying that it’s miles ahead of the Tundra!😸😻😸
My Stepfather has a 2016 Titan XD Platinum Reserve and he loves it. Has had it for 4 years now and might get the 2020. It is an expensive truck. 2016 Platinum Reserve is low $60k
Does the adaptive cruise control on the titan go down to 0mph and do “stop and go” like on the f150? Or does it disable itself at 25 mph like the tundra?
Car Confections please do, that would be a make it or break it feature for me. Incredibly unsafe when those systems dont work all the way down to 0 mph
I purchased a brand new 2020 Nissan Titan SV edition. 435 miles in and the transmission gave up on me in the middle of the hwy. Nissan is now replacing the transmission and I hope there will be no more issues with this brand new Truck. I was told it will take up to a month to even get it back. I requested for a another truck as i have yet made my first payment and Nissan will not deliver. Garbage experience.
I hate to say it, but this same thing happens with all brands. I hope your next transmission is good to go and your truck serves you well for years to come.
Nissan should make a Titan with a 6 speed manual transmission then I'll assure you that Nissan Titan will not be forgotten! But instead will get always people talk about it. Because right now there's no Full-size half ton truck Manufacturers that offers 6 speed manual transmission so far!! At the end they're all stays the same! Boring Automatic Transmission!!
Excuse my bad English folks. I purchase a brand new Titan sv 2017. At 17000 kilometres, the engine begin knocking. At 24000 kilometres, in June 2019, Nissan replace my motor (short block). Now this month at 35000 kilometres my motor knocking again. It is always the cylinder number 7 who is problematic. Real epidemic trouble. In my small town we are 3/3 with this trouble. On Facebook pages, I’ve seen A LOT of cases, I see guys who are on third motor on 2018 model. Also see people with this problem on 2019 model (Titan, armada.) Nissan seems to don’t have a clue about this problem. The 7 speed transmission on 16-19’ model doesn’t works well too, and seems to be change very often . Long story short, run for your life, you can see a video of my titan knocking on my profile. I swear to god, I don’t beat the truck at all really light works sometimes.

Did you mean Titan
Yah, I’m dumb!
NO, that's just your opinion.
I'm not a truck guy, but I do like the look of the Titan
So you like sedans/SUVs?
Still the best truck for me to afford one bro.
Did this year come with blind spot detection

is the truck reliable overall? any issues?
@@user-Timothy1 Yes it is my Dad has one 100k+ miles and still running strong like a champ
Excellent review as always. I have to ask....do you ever get pulled over for speeding when smiling? Lol
All the time haha
Does push button start come standard on all trims?
Thanks.
Yes, it does come standard 👍
I might have missed it... Does it have automatic engine start/stop? And is there physical disable button?
It does not have auto start/stop. Thanks for watching!

We didn't remember to test that feature out but we will have a Titan to test for a whole week next month, so we will make sure to check that out

It disables if you hit 0 for 4 seconds

I m getting one.you bet .
Why do people not pay more attention to this over glitzy big 3 stuff that won't last?
Not a bad intro, but let’s not forget I rolled into frame on my Titan review. 😎 just saying you could spice it up a little.
😁😁

You make a great point. Even thogh not many would actually buy it , it will create buzz and respect

Titan and tundra are not big in north America ..both are Garbage.
They arent the best but not garbage. Ford and Ram are the definition of junk.
woof beast I mean it’s a Toyota...
They’re both the most reliable options 🤷♀️
Praising the big 3 vehicles is like praising a king who threw you scraps and then charged you.
@@andybub45 that would be Garbage Motors as well
