That advice might seem like common sense to some people, but it's more valuable than you realize. When you're just focused on gambling or whatever addiction you don't realize how you take yourself for granted. You are so right, it's the little things that can make the most difference. Thanks for sharing your story & keep moving forward. And hopefully that weather warms up soon! ☺😍
If you have access to one you should look into getting a VR headset! You can be in your home and go so many places in the world and even outside the world. There's great interactive workouts too. I wish I had one back when the Vid had us all locked down. Thanks for your videos.
Actually my daughter has one but I believe that all of those are a way of escaping reality, so it’s not something I’m a fan of , for me being more in the moment and in myself is what’s working

I haven't played for four months, the first three months were easy but now it's difficult because I know it's been twenty years of this drug in my body. You know what has kept me from playing is I want to stop playing, Gamblers Anonymous is essential and you know you can also go, there are meetings all over the world online. I also started reading and watching videos on UA-cam about how my brain works, which has really helped me. Life as a gamer is really shit. Someone told me if you get dirt on my navel I'm the one who has to clean it... always fight, you're beautiful and young, I wish you all the best
