EP 14: Section 2 WA BDR Day 1 | Bethel Ridge | Rimrock Lake | Mt. Adams

Despite being greeted on Day 1 by cloudy skies and numerous construction zones along Highway 12, those headaches were quickly forgotten as we pulled off of pavement, climbed in elevation and rounded the corner on Bethel Ridge. Despite Mt. Rainier hiding behind some clouds, the views of Mt. Adams and Rimrock Lake did not disappoint.

Also how the canopy has held up. Any problems?

Can you please tell me what rack system you used to mount the roof top tent on that fibreglass canopy? Thanks

It was a DIY job by the previous owner of it made with 2x4s. It did an awesome job and help up amazing despite some of the trails we've been on.

Is camping allowed along Bethel ridge?

@@lamnguyen8429 yep! It is national forest land so dispersed camping is allowed. Just make sure to pack out what you pack in and leave no trace. That area is extra special to us
