My pulse is rapidly going from green to yellow or red and shutting down. The battery is charged to green on the cradle. I tried another fully charged battery w the same rapid shut down. I have opened it up and cleaned it once already. I opened it again last night and did not see any hair. This happens w/out a blade on the clipper, so the blades are not the issue. Any advice? I’ve already written Andis about it.

What kind of bit did you use to remove the housing? Mine looks like it takes an Allen wrench
Very good video
