Fixed mine. Never fixed anything. But i got scared putting on the mother board top but maneged. Ps the screws are a T9 and T10 on the newer ones.
How do you replace a switch on these clippers
hi i have trouble with the sponge it blocks the blde drive from working better is there a different spot it’s suppose to be at? im not the biggest fan of these clipper after using them since they came out… the price is ridiculous for all the annoying issues it has (gets too hot, dies fast, heavy and shaped weird so it rolls on the table, needs to be repaired more often, not as durable as you would like, and parts are expensive.)
Hi. The sponge will not alter performance. It's there to assist in keeping hair and debris from entering inside the housing. More times than not, when you experience excessive heat with Andis clippers, the heat is being generated from the blade itself, except for the rare case where the motor has an issue. The majority of Andis Professional Grooming clippers utilize motors that don't produce excessive heat unless the motor itself is bad. On rare occasions, we do see defective motors, but more times than not, it's a lack of blade care that compounds the problems. Blades that are not cared for properly will cause damage to the clippers themselves. I can't say with assurance what exactly is causing your issues, but if you'd like us to look them over or if you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us directly.

Andis no longer produces the internal battery pack for the original pulse.
Do they sell the bearing on its own? Mine seems to have broken loose but the last repair shop that worked on my clippers stripped the screws that hold the housing together on my clippers .
Hello I don't sell parts. I can only repair them. And the bearing can't just be replaced you need to replace the whole motor. It's an assembly piece

I have a set like this, it runs and charges fine but the blade won’t hold tight to the body and I really can’t use them at all. Would this be a fix for that?
Get a new animal hinge for it. Difference between a human and an animal hinge is it has a latch for it. These clippers were designed for both human and animal hinges.
Do you have any of the refurbished the class Andis 2G Detachable 2 Speed available in black or red? I’ve been looking everywhere for them. I saw one pair on eBay but wasn’t sure if they were the ones from your older videos.

I currently do not have any for sale. The color has no bearing on the speed. Either you have one speed or two.

Hi I recommend send them back to Andis because if the PC board is bad it's not going to be very cheap and they're only eight months old they have a year warranty
Mine stopped turning on in general but the battery is green snd charged 100%
Hello it can be many different problems for example, the battery not making a complete connection to the pcb or it could have a motor problem or it was dropped and something is bent and keeping it from making a connection. i wont know until i look inside of it
