You have an LGT RGBX V2 electronics. It is adequate for the money, but very basic. It has recently been replaced with the V3, which has 12 sound fonts and a much, much improved smooth swing. You can buy that electronics core separately and put it in your current saber. Also do not take out the diffusion film from inside the blade. It Gives the blade its glow. It is cellophane gift wrap that you can get in any craft store. LGT also has a one-year manufactures guarantee, so you can return your first one for a replacement.
I bought that exact lightsaber and it never showed. Paypal has the record won't do anything and no one at the lightsaber company has a record of my purchase.
This is gonna sound strange but did you try changing your first lightsaber with the supplied USB type C charger or did you use your own? Cause for some sinny reason my lightsaber seems to just charge with the supplied charger
I don’t know if the curved hilt is good. But I still have this saber and it works great. I ordered 2 more from Damien sabers, should be here this Saturday.
Because the saber part is hollow and thick it is perfect for dueling, neo pixel sabers are not good for dueling because the saber is filled with lights that can break

Avoid Damiensaber like the plague. My Luke Saber was delivered broken, they have refused to return and refund my money and offered to sell me the parts to fix it..

That’s diffusion film it’s supposed to be in there to distribute the light evenly through the blade without it the light will escape

I used the one that came with it.
That’s the issue the battery can’t handle an overnight charge only max is one hour maybe 2 hours all night will kill your saber

Yes. But I think most brands are good. It’s hit and miss with these sabers. They can be finicky.
