Making the Holyoake, Cashmerette Dress.

The Cashmerette Holyoake dress is the maxi dress of my dreams.
As always, I love to document my sewing journey with not only the things that go well but also the things that went wrong and how I went about fixing them.
The issues and solutions I came across when making this dress are my own and will differ depending on the persons body type.
I absolutely love how this dress turned out and have plans on making another with all the things I learned from making this one.
As always do not copy me by not making a mock up. You may regret it.

Cashmerette has a great size calculator. The upper bust is measured without a bra :)
Your rayon fabric stretched and moved about while you we pressing the interfacing - I struggled for a while before my Gran showed me. You can always place the fabric pieces over interfacing then cut and then iron it on.
