I loved the home tour, but I want amenity information as well. Security? Dedicated elevator for the residences? Doorman? Parking? Valet, etc. Also, was the background noise the wind and it was a windy day?
Excited to see Andrei back in Chicago! But hey cameraman guy: chill with the bouncing around. You seem torn between getting close in on Andrei and actually showing a room. Show the room. Andrei will still stand out. And yes, per a comment below, the settings need some work. All the beautiful views Andrei talked about looked like a white film negative.

Great tour once again! A suggestion to the person filming: Make sure to balance the white balance setting properly so that areas of bright light such as the window are not bleeding light

Loved the finishes. The white oak/ white lacquered cabinets are really beautiful. Only quibble the night lamp under the light fixture on the principal bedroom seems redundant.

Beautiful layout; awesome celling height. Very open and bright. I can dig the glass door to the bathroom, something different. Nice flow on the kitchen to the living room Great idea removing the wall and creating that office. Could be a mini man cave or mini theatre room. Like the room in the kitchen ( gotta have my room to show off the culinary skills 🤣🤣) Put shelving in the pantry for extra storage . Looking good my friend

If I was the owner/seller, I wouldn't allow this video version of your presentation to air. This isn't stand-up comedy hour.
A beautiful apartment no doubt. But it does fail two key tests. 1. No balcony or enough window articulation to smoke cigars and 2. No balcony allowing you to urinate out of your apartment and on to the people in the streets. These seem like small gripes but I worry that this will prevent an all out bidding war for this unit

Yes, I agree. And the glass door on the master bathroom ?? Nope. I like everything about it EXCEPT that damn door. A bathroom is supposed to be private space. It bothers me when developers/designers have certain things like that. If I was buying it, I'd have that window door replaced with a standard door IMMEDIATELY 🚪
