In this Video I show you all how to unlock one of the hardest achievements in in Victoria 3, "Piratini not Pira-Tiny". It's not 5% more conscripts, but rather an additional 5% of the population in the state you enact the decree in will be eligible to be drafted.

Ngl this was one of the easiest achievements I ever did. I wouldn't have tried it without your video. I played that nation before the DLC and failed a lot. Idk if I got better but I got it first try without any problems at all. Annexed every but 2 provinces of argentina in the first war and from there on you just have to attack brazil 2 times and you got it. Very simple.

10:35 if their radicalism is less than 100 (85-90 really with the random events) the civil war will never fire, meaning you can just ignore
the problem with that one wasn't so much I was afraid of civil war, but the game doesn't let you downsize anything during a brewing revolution and I needed to do that to fix the economy.

Brazil had a civil war at one point and, while divided, their gdp was way lower than mine lol
I think the DLC may be a large part of the lack of those obtaining this achievement
I think this actually got easier since the dlc. I think they nerfed brazil. Used to be near impossible to survive the initial war.
@@T4G95 Yeah. But very few people bought it, and playing in the area feels like you're getting an incomplete experience without it.
@@SangoProductions213 do you have anything to back up the claim that very few people bought it? It was included in the premium version of the game. I did not have to buy it as a specific dlc to have it. You need to add in all the people that have bought that version of the game as well.
Its not just easy its insanely easy. Just double defend with your general. One of the is adamant. Watch the moral of the brazilian army break. Change to attack. This is so easy. I've seen the ai do it right in the new patch. Then its just Argentina with more steps. One of tge steps is eating up Argentina. Getting both states and not a white peavey used to be a reroll fest but now it happens quite frequently.
