It is often 20-30 degrees in Oslo and it is so clean that you can swim in the sea right into the city centre. You will hardly believe that it is the same city. Oslo is quiet at other times of the year when everyone is at work - there is no unemployment so you won't find people everywhere. In the summer we have many weeks off - and the city is full of tourists from all over the world - soooooooo
