Perch Pattern Walleye Jig

Tying a three color perch pattern bucktail jig; the jig head is airbrushed. This Perch Pattern airbrushed jig is part of a line of airbrushed jig patterns designed by me over 2022-2023.
Head: 1/2 Barumba
Thread: Gudebrod size A, Orange
Flash: Crystal Hair CH11
Tail: Dark Green (back of died tail, over yellow, over orange. Striped Black

Nice perch jig and tying of the jig. You gave me an idea. I've never or rarely tied a fire tiger nor a perch jig, but I'll give it a try with some anglers I know whom fish for walleye type fish in rivers around here in Central Illinois

This head is a custom design, I cast all by hand. It is very similar to a standard walleye head. Thanks for the kind words

Great looking jig! How do you paint the eyes on? Are they air brushed? Like the way they look.

I use a wood dowel for a white eye, then a dowel just a hair larger for Flo-yellow. I like when the yellow extends a little over the edge of white and the darker colors show softening the edge. Then I use a ball end tool used to make dots on fingernails for the pupil. The heads are then sprayed with KBS diamond coat
