My 82 was a lot worse than this both inner and outer rockers were gone and had to replace the floor on the driver side and both front cab mounts, both cab corners and the inner cab corner on the driver side, and part of the floor brace that runs front to back on the driver side. I should've replaced the cab but I didn't even though I had a spare that was in a lot better shape
hate to say but... do have to agree with the wife... those are some ugly wheels 22s just no... but it is just awesome you can make what ever pops into your head... and awesome metal work
I was going to say that. These trucks just never held up great. They all rust down there. My truck lived in a very dry climate all of it's life and it's got the rockers and cab corners all rusted out
The wife was right about the wheels, but most 22's look stupid and ugly. The quality looks good but that's about the only nice thing I can say. Well at least with those wheels he will save a ton of money on bodywork because he obviously isn't worried about how the truck looks! 😂

It has nothing to do with the AC unit. I have one that didn't have it, and I have the same rust issues. It looks identical.
Mine too. I think the drip rail has more to do with it than the AC.
