Hi u have not added the ingredients measure how much to put very starnge i try going on the sight to look for but its not mentioned i feel you should have put tge measure too pls if u can add it will be great thanks God Bless you
It's actually equivalent to one 8 inch square pan. Just use only one of your 8 inch round pan and follow the temp and timing as a guide but test with a stick to make sure it's fully baked before removing. Every oven is different, so you have to watch closely.
Tried this earlier today...it came out moist & very well!! We reduced everything by half to make a smaller cake.

In that case use half the recipe and lower the temperature. That type of oven gets hot very fast. Not sure if can be fully bake inside.

If I want to replace 330 gm of self raising flour with 330 gm of plain flour , how much baking powder and baking soda must be added?
Just add another 2 tsp of baking powder to the plain flour. No need additional baking soda.

Sorry you have to google for the conversion yourself. We don't use cups for measurement in this part of the world.
Is the cake going to be less sweet? I felt that the sugar to flour ratio is less or is it compensated by the bananas?
The bananas that we get here in Singapore are sweet. So no the cake won't be less sweet but the sweetness are from the bananas.
