      Hi Scherezada, you can try setting it to speed 3 and adjust the timing as you see fit.

    does any blender make egg whites stiff? or does it have specific blender?

    • @Kitchenrestock-posts
      @Kitchenrestock-posts  4 роки тому +5

      Yes it will work with enough HP as many of our clients have done. However we have never tried in a residential blender before. We will work to test this and get back to you.

    • @Kitchenrestock-posts

      We ran it in a residential blender for 4 minutes it began to produce good results, however, unit started to over heat and we needed to stop. If we have ran it longer we would have gotten similar results to the video. Our recommendation on this is to make sure you have enough HP before you do it. We will do a follow up video testing a few blenders at different HP to see what is the minimum HP for this to work.

      It's not whipping cream

    • @TheNemmiemi
      @TheNemmiemi 4 роки тому +5

      If you want whipped cream you need to use cream. Whipped egg whites is to be used cooked as it is raw eggs (you’d get salmonella). People use whipped egg whites as an ingredient in pastries like sponge cake, pancakes, or you mix it with sugar and bake or broil it.

      I’ve tried that with a smoothie blender. Liquidy and the blender starts to overheat. I think having an open top helps.
