For 915, I went with:50 + 9 + 2 = 6161 × 3 = 183183 × 5 = 915
For 645:100 + (9 - 1) = 108108 × (2 + 4) = 648648 - 3 = *_645_*
That's how I did it too. Not sure why I miss the easiest ways sometimes!

Even more brilliant than I realized. I thought it must be a netball position, but for hockey, it even makes the "swiping" part mean something for both the clue and the answer.
