I was owner Same Range Rover and colour was Same V8 engine with two carburators. My Range Rover was 1969, but absolutely Same colour and Same "outfit". Very Nice video.
I this video is actually 4 years old and the car has changed a little bit as can be seen in my other vids. I will always keep it and have done some very far away road trips with it😅
nice vid - I love 4x4 cars built in GB. As I was a child, our neighbour had a RR serie 1 in green with a odd strip along the side (door handle) in orange colour. never see again this combination. he had a high position in business and therefore a nice salary obviousley, then he owend a Jaguar 4.2 in white with red leather and the one before, a Mk3 in gunmetal grey. that was around 1976/77. As I already had my driving license, for many years I drove a 1974 LR 109 six station with trop roof. later I bought a 88 serie 2a soft top. Never had the oportunity to get a solid RR serie1. Today so expensive. my daily is a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2 which my dad bought as new, still going strong and in top condition. Doing all the work on my own. Greets from Switzerland
@@michaelh.3982 the Grand Cherokee is a good car. Same comfort, interior space, same fuel consumption. But the cherokee weighs less than a Range Rover, has more power and dont rust as much. Keep it forever. This range rover is originally from switserland and it had a orange stripe on the side (ex. Fire brigade)
@@pfcvdv that's true, they are quite similar. I ll keep her as long as I can and allowed to drive. huntergreen with leather cushion trim in sand/tan. 185k on the clock. no rust - perfectly floaded with wax ... otherwise ... a lot of rust (rockerpanel and more) towing 3,5 tons. no come on? really? from where exactely? how did you get her??
@@michaelh.3982 Notruf feuerwher officer car. But it came in original range rover Masai Red with an orange grille and a blue light on the roof. Imported to holland in 2003. Swiss classic cars are popular in holland because they have every option and often no rust.

Lovely car lad my dream car
I thought the natural habitat of a Range Rover was sitting in the dealers car park waiting for parts
