"Obviously it's my dream, but it's also HIS dream." This is one of the statements that defines your character and makes you one of the best hearts in this sport.

I have no idea how I ended up watching this video/podcast, but I really enjoyed it! I don't know what it is, but Ash seems to be a great person. I don't know... like I want to hug him 🤭 Saludos desde Chile 🇨🇱 ❤️

Wow another fantastic video. I love how we get to see into the mindset of you guys. It's awesome to hear more about Ash's story as I've loved been coached by him at the adult classes at Leeds. Hilarious listening to the stories of the brotherhood as well, you lads will treasure those forever! Take that advice Sam and just go smash this last year, no regrets and leave it all out there. Can't wait to see how it all goes for you!!

Ash!!!!!!!!!!!! Coolest dude ever! Eventually everyone retire. (I've already done it twice haha!) Gymnasts or athletes mostly before they were 30. And I've seen many gone on to greater things. I always say to my athlete friends, you gotta have that backup plan. It's not about not giving it all. For me, I could give it all knowing that I don't have to think about my backside as I get older.
Wow, there's so many years of memories and experience between you 2.
It's almost the same as most of my dancers or west end actors friends. You started so young.... you become an experienced veteran by the time you are 25. Then your show ended, or it's a kids show and you are too old of the role and they cast a new person... and suddenly you are a veteran with one skill or one show under your belt. they just have to figure out fast how to move on. There's some that keep thinking about former glory and can't actually move on to new and different things of course. but when you eventually let go of your ego.... wow.... there's so many possibility out there. A whole new set of intense experience.... just in another form. I'd caution if your choice is entertainment though.... it is a totally different ballgame.
For someone in education, I think go for it. there's plenty of courses that anyone can take and learn what they want.
Go for courses in other countries, Norway, Denmark, Belgium or Germany, they are close and most of them are free. You just need to figure out your living expenses. I'd recommend go learn more. there's a lot of things outside.

I love these videos Sam. Both you and Ash are fantastic inspirations. It's always interesting (and fun) to hear what's going on in the minds and in the background of such great athletes.

I just want to know who or what is Larry on Ash s Twitter it says he's the proud owner of Larry. But he dosent appear to have any pets or even a car he shows off, so who or what is Larry. I am dying of curiosity 🤣
