@@Patricia_Taxxon Girl, the hell are you talking about? This album is up there with Singularity by Jon Hopkins as far as I'm concerned. One of my new favorite electronic albums.
Fun to see another spin on this format. Having heard a few more LONG songs since I listened to the first one I have to say I usually prefer them more when it all feels like one continuous song not one song that sounds like an album. It still works tho. The part with the better off alone, the lick and the all star bridge melody is fun.
I was hooked around this channel for mostly leftist content/video essays and never really thought your music suited my taste. Holy shit have I changed my mind. Great music, keep up the awesome work!
How on earth do you make all this amazing music and only have such a small audience?!? I've been listening to Wavetable non-stop recently and I'm endlessly confused as to how you have a good 24 hours of music, and only 43k subs, and this few views on your music. Mad props, keep being you Patty!
That opening ~3 minutes really has echoes of deadmau5 at his mid-career best. And it just gets a lot more fun and interesting from there. Personal favourite is that boomy bass intro on the following track. Really love it and the accompanying hook. Giving me flashbacks to my clubbing days 2008-2012.
@@TheOVERDOSEOFGORAN you realize 'this reminds me of something I liked when I was clubbing in my early 20s' is a statement that makes precisely 0 claims comparing the relative quality of either artist, right? You're responding to something I didn't say.
I have been listening to your albums for a few years now and your progression and improvements you have achieved has made for some memorable tracks. Keep it up Patricia I love watching you grow as a person and as a producer of some truly beautiful tunes.
Alone together dance party time!!! Also wtf you always make at least one song on an album that pulls my heartstrings somehow, even without words! Aaaaa!
Patricia, is there a way I can contact you? I'm a fellow musician, and I've been a fan of your commentary videos for a while, which lead to my discovery of your music. Your use of Plunderphonics as well as different shades of edm are great!Your versatility is amazing, and I wanted to be able to talk to you about music😄
You're sorta the definition of prolific, aren't you? I guess being quarantined has expedited the prosses but Jesus you're making the rest of us look real lazy.
btw this album actually inspired The Dark Side Of The Moon by the Beatles
Damn I thought I heard the connection
"Here comes the moon~"
And love their song "all you need is money"!! Instant classic!
My favorite song of theirs was golden submarine, featuring David Bowie.
Revolution 60
man I like getting new music, like wtf why can't come big artists write good music this fast.

King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard get close

Patricia: "Hold my beer"

the world is gonna roll me

And then 'the lick' comes in after that, I recognise the other melody that reappears from earlier too but I'm not sure where from
@@michaelsurname8668 alice deejay - better off alone
@@Solanuma That's the one, thanks!
If a dog does the Lick is it called the Blep?
The final part at 34:31 is probably one of my favorite pieces of Patricia’s music, it just sounds so whimsical and joyful
This is such a fucking banger, like, it slaps me so hard all the way through. I have been slapped,,,,,, thank u Patty
It’s like every time I check this channel there’s a new album

EDIT: I hear that licc
The first track bumps so hard in the whip fr
I just found your channel via the Idiocracy video, but I think I'll stick around for the music actually.

not sure what the genre is but its hypnotic and sort of cathartic. Also like a lot of it skirts close to trance, i think.
That hypnotic part feels a lot like progressive house to me.
Progressive house. It's a mix of electro-house and trance.

I’m sorry but you’re wrong. Patty can fart better records than Deadmau5 has produced in their entire career.

This might be my favorite album so far! Great work, Patricia!

I know exactly what it is, but I can't remember the name of the song or the artist for that matter.
Definitely the melody of some pop song, no idea which though
Alice Dejay's "Better Off Alone"
@@XRXaholic That's it! Thanks!
Very good!!
you slowly became one of favorite producers. you really didn't need to step on Four Tet's neck like that, but I respect it.
Love it!! :D
