I enjoy your articulate and honest review. I especially love the song at the end which I learned from one of your tutorials and to this day I can't stop playing it!
Interesting and thanks Mr. Cirillo for all you do which is a lot as regards music tutoring. Your style of playing is perfect for my ears, nice and sweet, emobodying the sound of what to me music should sound like. Flowing, Sweet, Harmonious, & Clarity. I have two acoustic Cort guitars I bought at the same time at the end of 2018. I have a Cort Gold-06. It has a Torrefied Top (Aged To Vintage Top a process called ATV (Sitka Spruce Top/Mahogany Back & Sides. Also I have a Cort GA5F-BW (Solid Red Cedar Top & Australian Blackwood Back & Sides.) The Cort Gold-06 has quite a woody sort of tone with tons of volume even not plugged in. Nice tone but much different sounding from the Cort GA5F-Bw which has a Cutaway and built in Fishman Pick-Up. I really like the sound of the Cort Gold Passion acoustic guitar. You sure do love that Cort Passion guitar. I'm going to watch this video quite a number of times. Perhaps I will even buy the exact model you play here. I need to use my ears and mind listening to this video to determine if I should buy this guitar. I must not make an Impulse buy. Take time for financial decisions. Any suggestions or feedback is of course welcome. I just looked at the Cort's webiste and right now there are no Cort Passion guitars available in my area. I see Notify Me When Available.
Hello Marco, I was told maples guitars sound thin with no bass. Is it the case of this one? Because in your video sounds really full and rich with a lof of bass and overtone. How does this one compare to your Furch? Thannks
You are clearly inspired by this instrument Marco. It's very obvious just listening to the sounds you're getting from this lovely guitar. Thank you for sharing your excitement!
Hi Marco, I watched your video sometime ago when you featured your yellow Furch. I had to buy one. I absolutely loved it , the 45 mm nut , the ebony finger board and above all the the build quality for the money. I now have two an OM and a OOO. Thanks for the insight love Furch
Gorgeous Guitar, my LAG HyVibe Model 30 is that way with me. Her name is Valeria. People that have played her first think it is a Martin. She is that smooth of neck and body. Playability is a dream. She is strung with D'Addario 12's and sings harmonics out loudly. She is built with Sitka Bearclaw Spruce top, Bocote Sides and back. My LAG 30 is my favorite over many many others.
Admittedly, I've had my eye on this guitar since it was released. I myself have the GA5F-BW with solid cedar top, and an older Parkwood, which was the top level of Cort guitars a while ago. That one has a very natural aged sound, sitka spruce mahogany back & sides, and I know the sound of that guitar very well. Both good guitars and both with Martin Retro strings. I've even thought about getting rid of the latter for the Gold Passion, because otherwise my house will be too small for all the guitars I have lying around here. But that is indeed a difficult choice. I have got used to the flaws, it's like we have been married for years.
Sounds gorgeous, Marco. I've definitely paid attention to the sound when you've played your Cort guitars. But one thing I've learned from your videos is that you could probably make an old cardboard box and broomstick guitar sound lovely 😂❤ For me as a beginner, it's about the action and physical comfort of the neck and strings. If all those things are right, that frees my mind up to pay attention more to the dynamics and expression of the sound. Perhaps it's because it was my first guitar and ive played it the most, but that's the Taylor Academy 12e. I'm sure as I get better, my ability to notice and appreciate the differences in guitars will improve. But for now, I measure everything against my Taylor. I'll definitely keep this Cort on my short list for checking out though 😊
Hi Marco ...Very Beautiful Playing [as usual] on a Beautiful Guitar . I went to the website and filled in the notify me when available option . Thanks for all the great Videos .I really enjoy watching them :)))
I have a Cort. Saw one in a hock shop. Picked it up and couldn't believe the sound. Didn't buy it. About 2 years later saw another one which was an acoustic electric cut. away. I bought it Beautiful guitar. Just an average player. Apparently has it ages the sound increases in beauty due to its construction
I wish more guitar reviews/demos were this way! May I ask what the total length and lower bout widths are, they are listed nowhere? Basically I seek confirmation that this instrument will probably be too long for a classical guitar gigbag... ;)
Hi, this guitar sounds beautiful. I have a question on the string you refer to daddario exp16. Apparently dadario changed their string line up. Can u share with string later you use 12-52 or 12-53? Thanks
That guitar sounds really great even via YT. I would have never normally considered even looking at a Cort guitar. But this one has definitely peaked my interest...and at $3kAUD it is probably a tad overpriced here in overpriced Sydney but street price discount might take the edge off! Cheers !

Thanks Marco. I'd seen this brand in the store, never tried one. I can't wait now. Sounds awesome. Bon weekend. Philip

The guitar that I have that connection with is my 21 year old Larrivée L-01. It sounds so beautiful.

Beautiful guitar, stunning, but let’s be honest you could play an old dustbin lid and it would sound awesome 😎
pretty much

Tem no ML, mas 16k😮😮😮
Lovely!!!! Could you install nylon strings and play Adagio, please!!!! I really like to hear the results compared with a traditional Classical guitar.
Alvarez do amazing guitars for under 1000
Alvarez AP66SHB parlor is my goto out of the 6 acoustics i own. certainly not my most expensive piece, but this little parlor just does it for me
I like it,what is the price ❓
1599€
Hi Marco, is there a name to the snippet of music you're playing at the very beginning? I would love to hear the whole thing. 😁❤
I also want to know or hear this whole piece
@@SOOONJE
It's in his tutor videos
Something with Spanish in the title.
There are several. But not to many.
You'll find it.
I have one, not that model, but what I have is very nice
Kindly make a tutorial of 1970 Love Story Theme. By Ali Mcgraw and Rayan O'Neal. Please. In acoustic guitar.
I would never use an acoustic guitar for Spanish compositions, the speed at which I fan would shred my fingers on steel strings, Just saying.
Well this model is not cheap by any means
And I can’t find them anywhere
Hello Sir Marco. Can I need your help with something 🥺
In 1988 CORT was the absolute bottom garbage brand
