Just in case anybody is ignorant like me, the sulfur powder that is for a hair oil that you put on topically before washing for hair growth is sublimed sulfur. Sublimed . MSM sulfur is not soluble in oil. If you want to use that topically instead of ingesting, apparently you need to mix that with water and spray it into your scalp and then add the oil. But the sublimed powder can be mixed in an oil.
@@hebrewmelody6340 only if you heat it for an extended period of time. Different oils at different molecular levels have a heat point. Hi, I've been using MSM for about 2 weeks, and so far, the key for me has been to make sure I'm getting enough water. With adequate water intake I don't feel headaches. I'm going to try the rosemary tea as well. Thanks!
You have to drink enough water to not have any side effects I would say if you do 1/8 than 32 oz of water is good any thing more than that a gallon is needed to not feel any side effects I have been taking MSM for over 2 years. Also make sure you take for 2 months then give your body a rest for 3 months after. I hope this helps

I love JBCO so much. The only thing is MSM isn't soluble in oil. So the crystals/ powder doesn't dissolve in the oil. This tends to slow down absorption and the crystals depending on their size can cause cuts on the scalp. you could probably use the tea and then the oil that would be a bomb combination.
Headaches can be a symptom of dehydration. So when you take MSM you definitely need to drink plenty of water. The normal daily amount of water for a healthy adult is approximately 3 to 4 litres per day. If urine is coloured, or has any odour that too is an indicator that you haven’t drunk sufficient water for that day. Also, running your tongue across your lips works; rough or dry lips indicate dehydration . When the body is hydrated your lips will feel very soft, but only when you run your tongue across them…not your finger(s). Over the years since we started using MSM we found that the best brand for our family is Doctor’s BEST. It’s certainly good for the joints as we’ve discovered and also for hair growth. Just a little tip: If you enjoy eating salads, half a raw onion and half an avocado in your daily salad will also supply nutrients for the skin and hair. Also juicing carrots with the addition of lettuce leaves, cucumber, and a piece of sweet green pepper will all go a fair way to giving you beautiful skin, nails and increased hair growth. Hi, very good video! And your hair is gorgeous. I want to make sure I heard you correctly, you're taking 2 teaspoon? or tablespoon? of msm orally? If so for how long?
She said 2 Tbsp but it would take a while to build up that kind of tolerance. You should start with 1/4 tsp and build up slowly. So how long did you use this for a month or so ? And did you at any point increase the amount of MSM? Thank you you have lovely hair and it looks very healthy.
Awww Thank you =) I''ve Used MSM for 3 plus years now. I've done a maximum of 1 tablespoon but I started to experience a few of the side effects (insomnia and hyperactive bowels) and it wasn't fun lol. So I scaled back down and I'm currently only doing 1/8 of a teaspoon because it works for me.
I made your spay yesterday and I tell you I like the smell of rosemary so I’m going to give this a good . Now I’m not taking MSM any other way only as a spay and I’ll be back in two months to give you a update. I thinking of adding some vitamin C to the spay but I’ll wait until the two months is up. Again thanks
@@vivahabbitvanassen How did it work out for you.. ..
@@kellylashon7289 I try it for about two month and I don't believe it did anything to good or to bad. At this point I'm doing a fenugreek butter for the winter and it seems to be doing better for my hair with is salt and pepper and combo of to many grades of black hair but I will say close to 2. What I like about the fenugreek is that it control my gray on the side of my hair that keep very short. I've been natural over 60 plus years its all good. Hope your well and taking care of yourself.
Beautiful video love it thank you
Great video.
Most containers of MSM come with a scoop and two of those scoops a day will bring hair growth. It did for me. I took it MSM for joint issues and hair growth was a pleasant side effect. FYI, the powder taste terrible but I suppose no one expects sulfur to taste good.
@@glw5166 thanks for clarifying. I take 1/4 daily and trying to get to 1/4 on am and then at night
For those who are beginning a regiment of taking MSM, they should start with 1/8 tsp and build up from there.
your hair is beautiful!
Your skin is beautiful
Can you put the drink recipe in the description with the amount needed for each ingredient
I tried the optimism dr best hmmm but I do get headaches after drinking a lot of water too , what should I do , do I stick with it or give it up
Headaches😞 I’d give it up but that me. I don’t think pain it beauty
What about the sulfur 8 grease
Please share the link for the aloe vera juice 🙏
Lovely results
Thank you! 😊
Great video can you tell me which msm is better to purchase for topical use on the hair? I have heard that there are different kinds of msm and can you list the brand that you used. Thank you for sharing.
Go to the Green Beauty Channel. She has a great video on MSM, i.e. which type to use.
I absolutely love the tea recipe! TFS!
Are you supposed to rinse this out after putting this in or can you use it as a daily leave in
I leave it I’m and spray a few times a week
...this was a great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
do you use this everyday= as a leave in ?
Is it better applied topically or orally ?
It depends on how your body reacts. Personally I prefer internally because it helps other things too.
Can MSM be used orally at the same time of using sublimed sulfur topically?
Do you still take MSM?
Ty Miss Smarty Pants 🤓 Sis Went In on them Instructions ❣️
For the hair mask, how long does it take to see any results?
I have had okay luck using it topically. I put the drops in my eyes too and my lashes grow longer and thicker. However I can't not even take a pinch internally daily or it gives me a horribly upset stomach. Disappointed about that.
Can you take it orally ? Like putting it in yogurt ? Tea ? Eating it instead of making an oil ? I went on google and it says you can but I'm not really sure can somebody help me
Yeah you can take it orally
MSM really does work/ only side effect- you have to drink plenty of water and stay hydrated
I have bloating When I use it. Even When I take it one time a week
Where do you buy MSM?
Can I use msm for capcals, and can I mix the msm powder with oil
Yes and yes.
Whats your Aloe Water to Rosemary tea Ratio before adding the MSM powder?
Where do you get the rosemary leaves?
Also is there anything else I can use because I'm not a big fan of the smell of rosemary
Which better msm or Dmso ????
can you take msm orally AND spray it on your hair? or can you only do 1?
You can do both
@@AnneMichelae at the same time?
@@jayelking2856 yup
@@AnneMichelaeokay. and do i have to take breaks every 1-2 weeks if i spray it on my hair? or can i use it for as long as i want
Thank you
Thank you. I was wondering do you have to wash it out. I see you left it in. Great. Ondahairjurnee
Hey sis,
So what should we look out for in the Msm ingredients, as different countries have different brands?
I've also been struggling to get the best brand coz very few people in my country talk about it.
OpiMSM is the purest. When you put it in water, nothing should be left. Many companies add fillers which will float to the top. This is what I take.
I tried taking msm, I didn't really notice a big difference in my hair.
It could be one of 3 things. You are taking a sulfite, your dosage is too low or you need to detox so your colon can assimilate it in your system.
i've been using msm and vitamin c for a month now. barely any change... i think i saw a little hair on my scalp filling in where i had bald/thin patches and more hair on my face :( not sure if it's the msm i bought or if i'm missing something because most people see major results in 2 weeks. i'm at 1 tsp a day. never really had any big side effects. maybe my sleep is off but no headaches. it's discouraging. how long can it take to see major results in thickness and overall growth (length)??
I’ve been tryna find a male perspective I just bought the powder I’m going to apply to my hair hopefully I have some results. I’m not really expecting to much I’ve been bald since 2013
Your dosage is too small. Increase your dosage to 3tsps starting out with vitamin c.
You need rosemary, msm and saw palmetto. I have make pattern baldness and this is bringing it back. Nothing else worked.
