- Amla is one of my favorite Ayurvedic herbs the benefits for hair are outstanding. It promotes fast hair growth by supplying the scalp with the needed nutrients for hair growth. Amla also reducing hair fall significantly. It also prevents premature greying by reducing premature pigment loss. I’ve been using it consistently for 2 years now and absolutely love the results it gives me. I make the make and I make Amla tea and Amla oil as well. It’s a staple in my hair care regimen.

I eat a tbs of amla powder and chia seeds every morning with my yogurt or oatmeal. And i rub amla powder with a little of warm water, as an exfoliant for my face at night, a few times a week. It makes your skin soft and bright and fades dark spots. Drink lots of water. I never put it in my hair because how gritty it is but ill try it with some oil and see how that works out.
You eat the powder wow your literally the 1st person I’ve heard that does that cool stuff!
@@AnneMichelae I'm not sure what powder you use but I use the organic amla fruit powder off amazon. Its says in the directions that you can add it to smoothies or whatever you want. Its not the best tasting alone but mixed with yogurt its great, I add chia seeds also. Always great to eat it and use it topically for the best benefits.

Try mixing it with coconut milk i also add brahmi shikakai and aritha to my mix

I tried this treatment over the weekend. I, too, and very impressed. My hair actually feels thicker.
I always add hot hibiscus and cloves water to My amla powder + avocado and grape seed oil..works perfectly for me!!

This is the first time I heard Alma blocking DHT. I use it once with a few other things but I think now I'll use it more.

Your hair is beautiful... Great video, very informative. I recently used Henna and Indigo to color and treat my hair and it changed my curl pattern (low porosity). I was told Amla could restore my curl pattern. It seems it just may work. P.S. Love the kids.❤

I have colored hair (dark copper with lighter ends) and I regularly use Amla, I gotta say it affects the color by making it a bit darker which I like because I want my ends to be less light. If you don't want to darken your hair, I suggest you to use other ayurvedic powder like Kapoor Kachli, Kachur Sugandhi an Fenugreek powder, they're my favorites ! There are other beneficial powders too, you can look them up and check if they affect colored hair.

Been using this with fenugreek as a midweek prepoo with aloe vera juice, greek yogurt/coconut milk, rosemary, peppermint and diy growth oil. The results have been impressive over the month ~ marked growth and improved condition of hair and scalp! Amla loves our hair and it shows! Your results are stunning Anne Michelae!

I use amla on my face for vitamin C without adding oils. Then I remove with a hot face cloth then moisturize with. Night cream on my weekly wash day. I just use hot water
I buy my Amla from CurlyProverbz bc I’m allergic to a lot of hidden things in products and hers has done well for me. I love this channel too🫶🏾💕

Funny. I got a Norizol ad before this video. I used that crap for 6 weeks when I couldn’t get back scalp to stop flaking and itching so bad. It didn’t work. I decided to leave it alone and use nothing. and it’s so much better now. Now back to natural remedies.

Great idea. I usually add amla to my deep conditioner but your idea as a prepoo with oil is brilliant. Might tip some Brahmi into that on occasion too. Cheers. Love your videos.
