Cooling system needs to be checked properly it can be a engine oil cooler leak, transmission cooler leak or some other coolant related issue. Would recommend starting a that point. Like the vision and direction you going.
Safa, make sure you check for a coolant leak to be certain. Yes, the mechanic may not have put the correct amount of oil. You can tell if it's burning oil if you see smoke, or the correct of oil was put in but have a low fill in before the next change. Maybe the mechanic used old/previously used oil. you would never know. If the coolant and oil mixes you will smell it in the car when driving.
If it uses a coolant based oil cooler then u may have a leak in the cooler causing the fluids to mix. You need to check that as it can cause damage. Happens to the transmission cooler and coolant gets I to the transmission and damage it if not corrected early.
I used that same Valvoline 5W40 in my W211 E350. As soon as I finished the oil change the seals went bad and the car started smoking and burning a lot of oil. I've gotta flush it out of there, the seals hate it. Yeah, sounds like you got a bad head gasket.

The V6 version of that car, which I have, takes 8.5 quarts so that V8 takes at least 9 quarts. With only 4 quarts you should have gotten a low oil light warning, a check engine light, or an extremely rough idle/ loss of power. It definitely shouldn't be running right on 4 quarts...
German vehicle are notorious for oil cooler mishaps because of materials used for production that car has a massive oil leak and explain why u only got 4 quarts

It’s common for the oil to be mixed with the coolant and it’s just something kneed to be changed based on research because I have a e500.

That car is burning oil. Oil in the the coolant, is a blown head gasket indicator-upcoming.
You should wear protective gear when working under the vehicle
For the oil in the antifreeze it’s the oil cooler seal

Watching the few revs at the end, I'd say this car seems to be burning oil.... rings or valve seals
So with the tech these modern cars have no indication was given by its ECU to say the engine was low on oil?

Yo bro Oil in the coolant reservoir might be a sign of a worn oil cooler gasket or seal. BMW and Benz are known for that
The oil has been burnt off since its not service in a while.

On average most everyday cars use 4 quarts. Maybe the person that changed the oil the last time used only 4 quarts instead of the recommended 9
