Once u replacing rotors always spray it with brake cleaner and also brake in the rotor,the instructions usually come on the box

Next time spray off the brake rotors with brake cleaner fi get rid of the anti rust coating that is usually on new rotors

I think the Jamaican government is taking a page from the UK system. In England, the system is called the Motor Vehicle Operational Test (MOT) and it is required yearly but only for cars that are older than 10 years. It is to ensure that cars that are driven on the roads are safe and roadworthy but the roads are very well maintained though.
