The COOLEST Spot In New Orleans | Pandora's Snowballs

Snowballs are right up there with beignets for most popular dessert in New Orleans. Located in New Orleans's Mid-City neighborhood, Pandoras specializes in snowballs that can be stuffed with delicious ice cream and layered with 20+ unique syrups. I haven't eaten a snow-cone since I got food poisoning in Hawaii, but I couldn't pass on this opportunity. I went with the praline and cream snowball and.....
