- Tumors are abnormal growths in your body. They are made up of extra cells. Normally, cells grow and divide to form new cells as your body needs them. When cells grow old, they die, and new cells take their place. Sometimes, this process goes wrong. New cells form when your body does not need them, and old cells do not die when they should. When these extra cells form a mass, it is called a tumor.
Tumors can be either benign or malignant. Benign tumors aren't cancer. Malignant ones are. Benign tumors grow only in one place. They cannot spread or invade other parts of your body. Even so, they can be dangerous if they press on vital organs, such as your brain.
Treatment often involves surgery. Benign tumors usually don't grow back.

Elizabeth carroll with my tumor (it’s not in the brain area, it’s in my spinal chord C2-C1) I didn’t want surgery nor chemo-like treatments so I received radiation instead, but benign tumors usually grow to a certain point then stop. However, if uncomfortable symptoms arise then you should consult with your doctor. Though you should discuss all your options since your tumor is in the brain. Idk, I’m not a doctor but hopefully this helped you a little bit

They usually can grow in any spot, I know people who have gotten them in places like; Armpits, cheeks, and feet. There is a chance that they are near vital organs, which can be bad because they may put pressure on the vital organ, causing it to not function properly. If you think you may have a tumor; talk to your doctor.
In any part. But as far as I know the most dangerous spot is in the brain. If you have it in the brain it is terribly scary because it might even be risky getting it removed. Since it is in the BRAIN we talking about.

Benign tumors don’t usually come back though. Malignant ones do at times. Also it’s rare for benign tumors to recur.

Ron Therman Doc said biopsy would be pointless because of where it’s located so it would be better to just take it out. However they’re just gonna wait to see if it’s growing and then they’ll probs operate. Having another MRI in a few weeks
