As a kid (watching my dad play the game), I assumed he said that because he was suspicious the girl would raise the alarm and start shooting him, NOW as an adult, I can see this as one of Bond's kinks! XD
My favorite mission lotta baddies to shoot, nice set pieces like the jets for kills, Zoey trying her best to be useful but can’t manage that, and that cute captain (ya know for GCN standards and 7 year old me at the time)
I never noticed how samey the death animations are for this one. I mean, it does have its fair share of unique animations, but in this particular mission, it's just flips everywhere. I don't know how true it is for the actual game data, but it's almost as if the golden handgun does such a large amount of damage with head shots that it almost always seems to send them in a front or back flip. It's as if it's sharing the shotgun's functionality, can't really tell though because all you really need for the whole game is the handgun and a lot of the other weapons don't feel like they measure up.
That's because of the upgraded bullets. By the end of the game, the Golden P2K is as accurate as a sniper rifle, hits like a shotgun or magnum, and even has infinite ammo.
Initially this game was supposed to be a remaster of their earlier bond game on N64. A lot of the AI behavior and weapon behaviors are lifted directly from that game and it shows. Even the overuse of “Bond is here” still exists.
I wouldn't know what to say. Nightfire is way more polished than Agent Under Fire, but both have great multipalyer with bots or splitscreen. The campaign of Agent Under Fire may have more memorable moments than Nightfire though, but it's much shorter.
Fun fact (or nerd fact): that sidearm is actually not the Walther P99, it's the Smith and Wesson SW99. A product of the SW&Walther merge. Agent under fire and Everything or nothing use the SW99 as bonds sidearm. Maybe they received the wrong prop to model the gun after.

they finally added the P99 in goldeneye reloaded... except Craig on the cover (and Brosnan in the movie) uses a PPK *facepalm*
