Hey everyone! Maxy here. Thank you all so much for the massive amount of love you’re showing me, my friends, and GDQ. This run was the most fun I’ve had on stage in my 9 runs and 30+ appearances. It helps so many games to have a 'complete newb' on the couch to ask all the questions that the viewers would ask.

I think every run should have a person on the couch that knows nothing about the game, not only were the reactions hilarious but we also got more explanation about the game!
I had the pleasure of commenting on a couple of games during Flame Fatales a few years back knowing nothing about them, and I used the opportunity to relay questions from chat to the runner as well as being able to react on the fly to the games. I really do think it's a good strategy as long as the runner and commentator work together well, and it provides a lot of chances for chat to learn more.

This might be my favorite run yet during AGDQ 2024, I was cracking up (but also I'm a scaredy cat and jumped more than once).
You all absolutely slayed it, great commentary by the runner, the couch, and of course the genius commenter who coined "Grandomizer"
Poor Grandpa getting constantly dunked on.
I fell asleep to UA-cam this one time, and an entire let's play of one of these games came up as a mid-roll ad. I woke up in a sweat and I had absolutely no idea what was happening. Cool to see someone speedrun my fever dream!

I read this at 4am after the finale of AGDQ while starting my rewatch of my favorite moments and this was too funny XD

This was the best run of the marathon so far. Seeing it live while exhausted after work had me *rolling* with laughter and watching it back it was just as funny. Gonna need to see The Nanthology Grandomizer back at GDQ again.
I love when people who haven't played the game are on the couch because their commentary is always S tier 🤣

Man this run was so fun, also this makes me realize that we really need some more horror games with jump scares run at gdq! There’s nothing funnier than having a literal auditorium of people jump alongside you when granny gets a hit in lmao

Watched Maxy stream Granny a lot of times, i never get tired of him running this game. Shoutouts to the couch as well as maxy, for making an already fun run even better.

I love the couch, the runner, and the caster, usually the caster will say some donos and then remain silent throughout the entire thing, but it's nice that in this case, the caster will almost play along with the runner and couch makes it seem like everyone is actually like friends here and less so a bigger corp.
