I am glad I came upon your channel. Not only for your recipes and beautiful home, but also your voice. I call you a Mr. Rogers for adults. In this harsh, fast-paced world that can be full of division and hate, it is so wonderful to escape into your slow-paced videos of pleasantries, soft sounds and your soothing voice. You have a very soft and pleasant soul and should have been famous as the adult Mr. Rogers. Thank you so much.
Hey, Kevin! That green checked shirt suits you very well! No wonder you're going to hit 100K subscribers soon! Keep making the lives of your subscribers brighter!
Oh my gosh, Kevin! Just watching the snow falling outside of your home, it is feeling more like Christmas!! Thank you for making my little corner of the world more calm and elegant. I always enjoy when you show us the area where you live. I love seeing that! Merry, merry to you from Washington State!! 🎄🎁🥂🫖🍪
Hi Kevin im watching from Manila you make the spirit of Christmas come alive you are taking me to your place where calmness is felt I like the way you engage your audience I will try my hand with those cookies you make it so easy you look so cool so relaxed I like that
My husband and I watched your new episode yesterday evening on TV. Calming and lovely as usual. How nice to see the snow ❄️ falling so gently in your garden 🩵. Thank you for your delicious cookie recipes; I will definitely be trying one of them. Thank you also for including Avery, Binky and Goldie in your videos -they are so fun to look at!
It seems to be cooking channels created by professional musicians unsurprisingly have the the most pleasing background music to enhance the video and the recipes. At least this is the case with yours and another channel I watch. It adds a soothing quality to the video.
This is a wonderful smorgasbord of cookies, Kevin. All of these recipes are "keepers" for me. Now I know what I'll be baking throughout December and January. Congrats on your 75,000 milestone... may you reach 250k soon! 😊
All of the cookies look awesome and I bet as you baked the aroma drifted throughout the house. When I freeze my leftover cookie dough I go ahead and roll them out and put them on a cookie sheet and place in freezer for about 30 min. Then I transfer them into a reusable silicone bag and put back in freezer. Then I can just remove a few at a time for an after dinner snack (with coffee or hot tea of course) for my husband and I. The awesome thing about the cookies you baked they are made with what we already have in our home if we are bakers. I’m definitely going to try the coffee & the chocolate chip mint cookies. Thanks ❤
I'm so pleased to see this upload, Kevin! I have sat out many ingredients on my counters to get started on cookie baking soon. I like to listen to you playing in the background either on my phone or on my tv, while doing my school work. I'm currently working on finishing my graduate school assignments due tonight at 1159p which will also end the current semester, thankfully. A very busy week and time of overwhelm in my life. I appreciate your soothing content and calming voice ❤
Congratulations 🎈🍾🎉🎊 Kevin on your You Tube milestone. Also, as a girl that is originally from Wisconsin and living in Texas, I so enjoyed the beautiful scenery of light flurries outside and the crackling fire scenes. Love you and your channel! Bravo
Now it´s more than 75 000 subscribers. Congratulations, you deserve it. And with those cookies, I wouldn´t be surprised if you had 10 000 more by the end of the day. Yummi, yummi!!!
I love the trips to the stores. In your neighborhood, I would walk at least three us clusmiles a day. Congratulations, I hope you soon will hit 1000, you work very hard to bring us a show every week plus
I see you are getting snow. I live one state over, and we just got rain, thank goodness. I'm not ready for snow yet, although it is December. Great video. Congrats on your 75k subscribers.
Mr. KEVIN, thank you so much for your inspiration on cookies today. My favorite will be the coffee and chocolate chip mint cookies. My Sunday is complete now, too. ❤
Congratulations! Anyone who doesn't subscribe to your channel doesn't know what they are missing. These cookie recipes look scrumptious. Avery thinks so, too.
Kevin, growing up during the doo wop years I can recall the days of home made cookies, divinity and having a taffy pull! Those were indeed good times. I will definitely be trying the coffee spice recipe.😋 I love ginger snaps and chocolate with mint. I've yet to try the rosettes, and Grand Marnier cookies. All look wonderful and give me lots of inspiration to share more cookies this Christmas. Thank you!
Ellen, You made me realize why we love Kevin so much....he takes us back to those wonderful times. He is so kind and calming.l love when he talks about his Mother.
I made the coffee spice ones for my cookie exchange this evening and although they look a little less "exciting" than your typical Christmas cookie, they have dynamic flavor and don't require "decoration"! It's an excellent recipe!
Thank you, Kevin. The last few months have been so stressful for me, as I've helped a loved one through a serious illness. Your calming videos helped me so much. My loved one is much better now, and this lovely video is helping me finally get into a holiday feeling. Thank you so much. Hugs to you and your family. ❤
My mother used to make some wonderful bars called Coffee Cremes - I have looked in vain for her recipe, but these cookies sound similar! I can't wait to try them. I am enjoying your channel so much. I had knee replacement surgery last Wednesday, and watching your channel inspired me to have tea and some gifted cookies this afternoon beside a vase of fresh flowers that were another gift. That is one of the big takeaways I have gotten from your channel besides specific recipes and entertaining ideas - to create special moments all the time so your entire life is better - thank you!
Kevin, you are an absolute joy. I found your channel quite by accident during the week while in bed poorly with the flu. I binged your most of your back catalogue and I swear it was just the right medicine I needed for a speedy recovery. I have watched your numbers go up too over the last few days and you so deserve it. May I wish you, Mr. Fox, the KLJ team, your gorgeous pets and viewers a very happy and peaceful Christmas. Thanks so much for sharing your time with us. Blessings to you from Dublin, Ireland, x J
My mother made rosette cookies and I had her rosette iron but gave it away years ago. I am so glad that I saw you make them because for the life of me I have never been able to remember how the cookie came off the iron. I was thinking she dipped the entire rosette shape in the batter and now I see that she did not. Thanks ever so much. I am 76 years old.
You are joy to watch . I would have a cookie baking marathon when my kids were little and with my twin sister and it was so much fun . We still bake but not as much as when the kids were little and we had lots of gifts to give to teachers and colleagues and family and friends .
It is like being in a wonderful winter fairy tale! How wonderful, and such a beautiful way to spend time, watching your channel. Thank you for your charming manner, sharing delicious food, and that gorgeous home! Mr. Fox is a Blessed man, as are you! 🫠♥️🕊🙏🎄
5 wonderful recipes! These are exactly the type of cookies that I want to make this year. No rolling or cutting out the cookies. I'm sure they are all delicious especially the chocolate chip mint!
Those Grand Marnier cookies look awesome. Oh well....who am i kidding- they all look awesome! Im def gonna give them a try! Btw, i learned how to make bread from you.
Congratulations on 75,000 subscribers, Kevin! Love the recipes, freezing some of the dough is a great idea. We got some snow overnight in Minnesota, but I think it's supposed to warm up so it won't stick around.
Having made several of the “doo wop era” recipes from your website, and every one of those turning out perfectly, I’m looking forward to making the Coffee and Spice Drop Cookies today. And so wonderful that your four-legged family members are supervising the household, mine here are also good at their self-appointed jobs!
Everything you touch turns out beautifully! Even watching you make cookies, I see the vase of charming yellow flowers in the background.,you have a wonderful talent of making every space homey and cozy. Bravo! Great cookie recipes, too!
These all look amazing...the rosettes are my favorite..Thanks for sharing your recipes. I host a cookie exchange at my church each December. I'll be adding some of your cookies to my list to bake & share.
I'm very Vegan, but I always enjoy your channel, and none of the recipes are hard to convert these days. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas mate. Thank you for the 'content.'
Update 12/14: I baked the coffee spice recipe and thought, hmmm a little plain for my evening cookie exchange. So I had one with my coffee this morning... and they are EXCELLENT! No added powdered sugar, no extra decoration needed. One thing I did change - I was in a hurry and couldn't go back into the video for the recipe. Couldn't remember if you used baking powder or soda. So I took the salt out and added 1 tsp of each baking powder and soda. Also chilled the dough overnight (due to lack of time to bake yesterday). They turned out so light and fluffy! Must be careful not to overbake at 400. I watched carefully and they turned out so delicious! I will be proud to share them tonight! Thank you and God bless your Christmas season, Kevin! Perfect timing!!! Our Bible Study is having a cookie exchange this Thursday and I was looking for something different. PERFECT!
Good looking cookie recipes! Yes I have tried Girl Scout mint cookies. They are the best. I would always buy them when I worked and they had a cookie drive. I would buy several boxes. Now that I am retired I can’t find them. I will certainly try your recipe. Have a good day.❤
Cooking in the kitchen with charming, cosy Kevin's Christmas Cookies...... what more do we need to warm our 💕 hearts this Season?! Delicious 😋 looking simple and fun. recipes....Mmmm😅. Thank you Kevin for being you. We love you always 🤗
I eat Thin Mints like I'm a human woodchipper 😆. I love the mint chocolate chip cookies! I want to make those with my Christmas cookies. Thank you for the wonderful recipes!
My Mom and I made a variation of ginger snap cookies together. Ginger "crinkle" cookies. Using a tiny clean new eye dropper, drip one drop of water over each cookie before baking. This makes the crinkles and sugar shiny😊
You know, after you’ve cooked for several decades, you are able to identify promising recipes by their ingredients and even measurements… I can tell that your recipes will produce excellent results!
Congratulations on your 75k subscribers, KLJ! May this number continue to grow. Unlike other cooking shows, the presenters don't give the exact measurements of the recipe and when I try it, it doesn't turn out the way its supposed to be. I know your measurements are true and authentic when I baked your sweet cream cake and it turned out wonderfully! Thank you for sharing your mouth-watering recipes. 😊
You are such a joy to watch! I'm currently staying with my mom, and we've been enjoying our time together binging your videos. We will be trying some of these recipes together for our Christmas this year! Thank you for sharing your lovely home, gardening tips, and recipes 🥰
Hello! The Pest here! We need a tiramisu whoopie pie recipe with lots of strong coffee for New Year's! And your recipe for a highly caffeinated coffee punch! 😊😊😊
Before copying the Coffee Spice Cookies I checked my Mother's 1950 cookbook. Sure enough, the recipe was there. Definitely going to make these. I'm resisting buying the Rosette Iron 'cuz I have enough doodads. But I know I would love those cookies, too.
Does it get any more Christmassy than this? Beautifully decorated Christmas tree on one side, roaring fire in the fireplace on the other, five kinds of Christmas cookies to munch on at the lovely tea table in the middle. All ready for Santa to sit and enjoy on Christmas Eve! All of these cookies look delicious, but I think I will make the rosettes for sure, as they remind me of when my mom used to make for the Christmas tea(they called it The Tinsel Tea) at our church. My dad always got into these before she brought to church, and enjoyed with his coffee. She had to make extra because of this. They do look quite festive and irresistable with that dusting of powdered sugar. Not everyone will make these, so people are happy if you bring to them at Christmas. They look pretty on a plate too. Your winter garden looks beautiful with the snow. Thank you for sharing these wonderful recipes. Take care and see you in the next video.♥️🎄🎅🍪🐕🫖❄️🎀
Oh Kevin, even though those cookies look amazing I was in awe looking at the snow ❄️ falling in your beautiful yard. It doesn’t snow where I live and it’s also summer, so I never see snow fall and I usually have a hot Christmas 🎄 It looks so magical. ❤️Jodie 🇦🇺
Hello! One of the Biggest takeaways that I’ve gotten from binge watching your videos, is that so many things can be frozen in portions to use later. For someone like myself, with chronic pain, I need to cook when I have some time of lesser pain. Then, when I am in horrible pain, all I have to do is thaw and bake! I can’t simply buy pre cooked food because I have cancer, and all the prepackaged food has so many cancer triggers built in, despite tasting good… thank you so much!
Hello Kevin, what a lovely setting for Christmas cookie baking. My husband and I watch your videos together and love the ease of your recipes but more so, the elegance with which you serve them. We have purchased so many of the items you use and particularly love the wooden tray and the pair of mixing/serving forks. We ordered and received in two days the two wonderful gift sets from Tierra Farms. What a great resource for organic supplies. We will be baking in the next few days and as we do so, will be thinking of you as we try some of your recipes and your Darjeeling tea. Thank you for your calm, inspirational and elegant videos. ❤
My grandmother drizzled a little warm honey inside her rosettes. She made a filling of finely grated milk chocolate and ground toasted almonds and sprinkled the mixture on top of the honey. The combination of flavors is delicious. I still make them this way.
Congratulations on your subscribers. We all enjoy the culture and eloquence you continuously introduce us to from the delicious recipes to the exquisite flower arrangements to your lovely gardens. ❤ Thank you so much for the cookie recipes. YUM!
These all look great. I want to make them all. I have never seen a coffee slice or those rosettes. I'm fascinated by those. I love that you freeze the dough and only make a few. I've gotten into that habit. What a beautiful spread at the end. I was just pretending i was sipping tea and sampling. How fun. Thank you. And congrats on 70k. Oh and by the way, i saw your dishwasher is a Bosch. I was the one who asked earlier. It was on my list. I've heard they're good. Have a wonderful week. 🌲⛄❄️
Almost 77, 000 now! Congratulations, Kevin! Thank you for this lovely video! I liked the way you sprinkled the cookies with the confectioner's sugar, reflecting the light snowfall outside. Today, I made chocolate butter nut snowball cookies. hmmm...maybe next time, I'll add mint. Your chocolate chip mint and the gingersnap cookies look particularly delicious! Cheers!
I love the sprig of holly on the cookie plate ! , the blue and white table runner, the glimpse of the pretty ornament on the tree, the violet glass cookie stand , and you reminiscing about your grandmother !
Woohoo congratulations Kevin on hitting 75,000! Your channel is truly one of the greatest treasure troves I have discovered on the internet. Thank you for all the effort and love you put into your channel! I (quite happily) have so many recipes to try out this Christmas season thanks to you!
Congratulations Kevin, I see 77K on board! I so love to listen to your videos although I won't be baking the cookies ha. The music and your voice is all so soothing! Cheers and kudos to Lisette! Great editor and videographer
Oh my goodness, what a fun and relaxing video! I want to try making all the cookies. I absolutely love watching your videos. Thank you for making them.
I am glad I came upon your channel. Not only for your recipes and beautiful home, but also your voice. I call you a Mr. Rogers for adults. I agree wholeheartedly, it's good to know that others feel this way too. Thank you, Kevin🥰.
I had the same thought exactly, about his wonderful Mister Rogers voice.
Hey, Kevin! That green checked shirt suits you very well! No wonder you're going to hit 100K subscribers soon! Keep making the lives of your subscribers brighter!

Kevin, growing up during the doo wop years I can recall the days of home made cookies, divinity and having a taffy pull! Those were indeed good times. All look wonderful and give me lots of inspiration to share more cookies this Christmas. Thank you!
Ellen, You made me realize why we love Kevin so much....he takes us back to those wonderful times. He is so kind and calming.l love when he talks about his Mother.

Congratulations on your great achievement with you channel 🎊🎉🇬🇧
I had a smile on my face as large as yours when you bit into that rosette!😄😄😄
Dear Kevin, I did send you a small token of my appreciation via the Cultured Cup. I hope you like and enjoy it! All the best to you and your family!
Received the Esprit de Noel tea, and love it. THANK YOU!

Would give anything to be sitting there enjoying cookies and tea and watching the fire and snowfall! Thank you Kevin! Tree is beautiful!
Congratulations on 75k Kevin! Thank you for these recipes!
Love the idea of cookies with tea for Christmas!
Coffee cookie, yep, definitely cooking those for tea next Sunday sounds delicious 🇬🇧
YUM!
Congratulatios !! 👍👏👏
Amazing vídeo. Congratulation on your 75,000 subscribers . Love your channel😊😊
Was just told of this channel, happy to join and view. I am 80 and love tea alone or with guests.♥️☕️🍒
I love watching you decorate or cook while I have a relaxing evening, usually on Sundays. Thank you so much for sharing your world with us.
Yes. The first time I had the thin mint Girl Scout cookies was probably in the early 1960s. My parents loved them. We got them every year.
Cheers!
The “cookie monster” who ate the rosettes was even dressed in Cookie Monster blue 🤣💗 🍪
Good Morning ❤
I love the sprig of holly on the cookie plate ! , the blue and white table runner, the glimpse of the pretty ornament on the tree, the violet glass cookie stand , and you reminiscing about your grandmother !
Your cookie recipes are the BEST!!!!
Hello Kevin. Another outstanding, classy episode. You truly lead the life I am striving for. God bless you and Merry Christmas 🌲🌲
I never thought of adding fresh mint to a chocolate chip cookie, it sounds delicious. I’m definitely craving cookies right now!
