Ron Robert's was at Auburn and recruited the state of alabama so he knew how good he was
The law firm of Myles ,Myles and Chiles
We needed some good news! Go Gators 🐊
Love the speed and size he can use to punish the opposing WR/RB cutting across the middle.
Hes a heck of his RB. His tape looks great running the ball just like myles Graham. Imagine having two linebackers on the field who can move and has great vision
Great recruit hopefully it starts a Florida run, Go Gators.
YES!!!! 🐊 Go Gators!!
Great pick up
Go Gators 🐊🐊🐊
🐊🐊🐊🐊🐊
Finally something positive
We needed some good news on the recruiting trail
Finally a commit
😎
I have to give it to Coach Napier, he’s been on it with the recruiting
Look at recruiting rankings
@@MrHillccswe were @3 n how’d that turn out ? Trust me we still got kids on the board hopefully we flip some from other schools trust me it’s not over we not gone end the cycle with 9 just chill 🐊😎
The fact is that UF is struggling big time in recruiting. 24/7 Sports has the Gators ranked 67th! 😂
Napier has not been anywhere close to "on it" in recruiting except last year right before all the decommits. He's absolutely sucking right now in recruiting, dead last in the SEC. Yeah that's correct Vanderbilt is recruiting better than us right now!
All y’all who think we’re in the crapper and Napier can’t recruit need to chill. It’s mid-July, these kids can’t sign anything with anyone until mid-December. 😂
Let's hope the opposite happens in 25' where we vault up the ranks vs losing some star commits and taking a decent hit in 24'. Good news thou Go 🐊!
🐊🐊🐊
Yeah one for the good guys.
Go 🐊 Wax Miami. Rinse and repeat. Week after week. After week.
Go Gators
Go get them Ron
Nice pick-up
just getting started people
😎
🐊don't look at rating as Ali said he is only ranked low due to injury
Yep exactly
TAKE DAT TAKE DAT BAMA 😂
Aaaaaaaand this commit puts you one spot ahead of VANDY at 67th in the nation. 🤘 Rock On!
Go gators.
Speed kills… our rivals!
Florida had a pretty good defense (massive understatement) thr last time they had two linebacker with the same last name. Do you remember Brandon Siler and Brandon Spike? Now, Myles Graham and Myles Johnson? Just saying....
Yeah my husband played with both, so I definitely remember! Maybe it’s a good sign?
Yeah baby❤
Go gators!!
I agree that Coach Napier knows how to spot talent.
Ali, there is a group of 6 of us coming to Gainesville in November for the LSU game from Utah. We are Gator fans and are looking for best advice on travel, places to eat, etc. We are planning on flying in direct to Orland from Salt Lake City on Friday. Is it best to stay in Orlando and drive up Saturday morning or try to stay in Gainesville? We are also going to the Dolphins game on Sunday vs the Raiders. What is the best way to get from Gainesville to Miami?
I know I'm not Ali, but I'll offer this...
1. Don't stay in Gainesville. Most of the hotels (and I use "hotels' advisedly, here) jack up their prices to like $300 per night, and a lot of them make you reserve both Friday and Saturday night. The hotels aren't nice enough to warrant that. It's just demand. So my advice would be: stay in Orlando and drive up on Saturday morning. This will also serve to reduce the drive on Sunday morning, if you're headed to Miami. Traffic can be a little tricky on I-4 in Orlando, though, so between now and then, just take a look at Google Traffic a few times to get a feel for the timing.
2. The path to Miami is pretty straightforward: 75S to the Florida Turnpike to 95S and into Miami.
3. Food: this is probably the other major advantage to staying in Orlando. First, there's more choices. Gainesville has some decent stuff, but it'll be absolutely swamped (pun intended) that weekend. Yes, Orlando has tourism and it'll also likely be busy on a Friday/Saturday, but the fact that there are more options and not some huge event stuffed into a college town = not quite as insane. Where you want to eat, though...that's kind of dependent on what you're looking to spend and what food you like.
4. Tailgating: it's a little...all over the place, and it's not designated/reserved spots everywhere. You may want to look at the Game Day Guide link on the UF Football page. That has some pretty good info. But beyond that, what I'll tell you is just common sense: the earlier you get there, the better chance you'll have at parking closer to the stadium. When i was a student there, I would park along the street near the Bat House (northwest side of Museum Road right across from Lake Alice). It's about a mile walk to the stadium from there, and it's a pretty comfortable walk (certainly not a huge challenge for someone who lives at elevation in Utah!). Plus, the walk gives you a chance to walk through the campus a bit...oaks, Spanish moss, UF architecture, tailgaters...it's a pretty good spot. The other thing to note, though, is that GPD turns literally EVERY street on campus one-way going away from the stadium after the game is over. It takes like 30 minutes max to clear the entire campus out. (for comparison, it took us 45 minutes just to make it from our seats in Section S4 to the stadium gate on that side of the stadium at Rice-Eccles)
Hope that helps, but Ali can probably add more. 😎
Go Gators!!! 🐊
Go Gators 🐊!!!!!.....
Great grab. For all of you out there that think the sky is falling, here is some free advice. Chill out.
Good luck myles Rtr
How do you have left over fireworks?? That's just un-American lol!
Poor guy. Luckily has time when reality sets in.
And the bobblehead forgets to say that the class is still ranked 67th. Not good.
Wilber Marshall.
“Coach Napier is really good at identifying talent.” Once again, Allie makes claim that isn’t supported by any facts. She just makes stuff up in her head, sort of like the criminal ex-President. Unlike supporters of Donald “Stinky” Trump, I’m not that stupid. If Napier’s so good at identifying talent, why has Florida been a bad team with a losing record both seasons under Napier? Let’s not make any excuses for this guy. You are what your record says you are. He had SIX NFL draft picks his first season, and UF was the ONLY team with that many who had a losing record.
Napier chose “Check Down Charlie”, Graham Mertz, for example. Mertz is a mediocre QB with a noodle arm. Do you know Mertz’s record as a starter on the road? It’s atrocious. Those of you that are marking down Mississippi State as a win may need to do some thinking for a change. Don’t you realize that defenses this season now know how limited Mertz is. It doesn’t matter if you have burners at WR is the WB doesn’t have the arm strength to get them the ball and would rather throw to check down anyway.
Do, no there’s no evidence that Napier’s great at evaluating talent. The record shows the opposite.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bozo Billy
Florida does not have money, it’s 1970’s and 1980’s for Florida.
He's probably a great guy but it's odd that he brought down our recruiting average and we're 67th in the nation recruiting. I'm not sure how we're supposed to win championships with what I consider top 20 recruiting. I mean, why didn't we just keep Mullen if we can't recruit better than this?
Because the fans ran Mullen off
Go to Miami or FSU fake fans. Some of you are ridiculous.
I'm pretty sure Napier's recruits have produced a helluva more than Mullen's classes in 2020-21
@@brucegreen7554you got to be ridiculous if 67th in recruiting is acceptable to you and makes you think the Gators going to be a contender or even come close to catching any of their rivals.
@@BrianKorth-nu7gwyeah and now that the fans ran off Mullen, Napier comes in & the recruiting hasn't improved much it's about equal and the win/loss record is way way worse so now the job is way less desirable for the next coach to replace him.
Ali always the Sunshine Gator. Glad the Gators finally got a recruit in the month of July but come on if this is a win for Billy, this is one small victory. I imagine this isn't the top linebacker recruit for Alabama or Billy wouldn't have him verbally committed. We're expecting Billy to win the State of Florida and he's getting crushed by Mario & Norvell. They need to start doing car washes selling old jerseys and cleats and anything they can to stack up an NIL and go after the transfer portal, to fix this recruiting class. It's their only hope at this point
He was committed to Alabama, meaning Saban wanted him…Oh, yeah, how much have you contributed to Florida Victorious?
If Billy somehow manages to keep his job at the end of 2024 he's going to lose it at the end of 2025 because of this horrible recruiting class
I think we look like a vastly improved team and players see enough to commit. There's a lot of top players who want to come, they just want to see if we have improved prior to committing.
Nope, the overall #7 class from '24 will impact the '25 season more.
