My uncle had a red NSX I believe 1991 (?) the same as Senna. I'll be making updates as the construction of the garage takes place. Getting the concrete poured this week. As for what I paid...the NSX was $120,000 and the wheels were $4000 and the tires were $1500...paid another $8000 in sales tax to the state of Indiana and the garage will likely set me back $30,000....pimping ain't easy...ha!

I saved up pretty much every dime, worked a ton of jobs as a kid, and when I was 15, my parents matched what I saved and I got a 2007 Shelby GT500. White with blue stripes, she was a beauty. I’m really happy for you and love your story with this car. Congrats!! Such a cool moment reflecting on when you were a kid, and to be able to call it yours now!

I got this car for less than it would have cost me to restomod that old vette and then the value just wouldn't have been there. The only way I could convince myself to spend this money was knowing that this car is like a rolling savings account....it is just going to keep going up in value....as long as I don't wreck it...LOL!

I’m a fan of the tan interior. My 06 Mazda6 GT has tan interor. Used to think it was old man esque but it has grown on me a lot. The NSX is one of my dream cars you have a gem on your hands 🙌
@@ASMRReality The tan is great, I picked up a 1991 Acura Legend, same black exterior and tan interior (very alike) and there is a certain comfort to this era of Acura that post 90s cars do not have.
Love to see people still loving manuals. More of a BMW fan to be honest, and our favourite cars are quite similar since you like the Lexus LFA with a menacing V10 engine and one of my favourite cars is the M5 E60 with a V10 engine too. Both cars sound insane.
I love German cars too but the maintenance on those here in America is so expensive. Japanese cars are as cheap as domestic ones to maintain or repair. Thats what steered me clear from falling for German cars. I now they make some great ones....I am a closet Audi lover:)

So whenever you are hitting a brick wall take cookie out of your own personal cookie jar. I’m watching this as a 18 year old carpenter who just quit smoking and vaping in may 1st of 2024. I have been through my own trials and tribulations coming of age. I wanted to say thank you because behind closed doors you have genuinely helped me. Enjoy the new old car, and if you ever get a free second, I made a UA-cam channel about woodworking titled Candid Craftsman. I am just getting it off the ground. I built my own shop with my bare hands alone. But for privacy I don’t share this story. Anyway it would mean a lot if you took a look at the channel and gave some advice!
To be honest, I tried a non asmr channel and did not have much luck with it. I just think it takes time. It took me over a year and a half to get to 1000 subscribers. I'm 5 years in and just not reaching respectable numbers. Nothing good comes without a challenge and UA-cam is no different. The only thing you could do to make yours grow faster is get some hot chic assistant. LOL!

Very beautiful car my friend! My dream car is a 55 Chevy in turqouise blue! They're around 60,000 dollars I believe, my second favourite is an Aston Martin DB5. But I also would love to own a 1928 Cadillac. Also, personally I'd keep the lights up. Hope all is well. That second garage idea is awesome! Maybe add a thick, glass pannel so you can see down into the car too.

@@ASMRReality yea corvettes are nice but it’s not everyday you see a NSX. Do you plan to keep it stock? I never modded my. this time around I’m thinking of buying one that’s already had stuff done to it so I’m not scared of losing money on it.
@@ASMRReality corvettes and muscle cars are lame to us because they're domestic, a corvette or mustang across the sea is amazing to them. Nonetheless older corvettes are becoming more accessible for general public and make great bang for buck track cars
@@AnchovyGarage1 Yeah I agree. I originally was going to do a restomod on a 1972 Corvette because thats the year I was born but the expense of doing one was so ridiculous. I got this car for less than it would have cost me to restomod that old vette and then the value just wouldn't have been there. The only way I could convince myself to spend this money was knowing that this car is like a rolling savings account....it is just going to keep going up in value....as long as I don't wreck it...LOL!

I’m a fan of the tan interior. My 06 Mazda6 GT has tan interor. Used to think it was old man esque but it has grown on me a lot. The NSX is one of my dream cars you have a gem on your hands 🙌

@@ASMRReality The tan is great, I picked up a 1991 Acura Legend, same black exterior and tan interior (very alike) and there is a certain comfort to this era of Acura that post 90s cars do not have.

Love to see people still loving manuals. More of a BMW fan to be honest, and our favourite cars are quite similar since you like the Lexus LFA with a menacing V10 engine and one of my favourite cars is the M5 E60 with a V10 engine too. Both cars sound insane.
I love German cars too but the maintenance on those here in America is so expensive. Japanese cars are as cheap as domestic ones to maintain or repair. Thats what steered me clear from falling for German cars. I now they make some great ones....I am a closet Audi lover:)

I built my own shop with my bare hands alone. But for privacy I don’t share this story. Anyway it would mean a lot if you took a look at the channel and gave some advice!
To be honest, I tried a non asmr channel and did not have much luck with it. I just think it takes time. It took me over a year and a half to get to 1000 subscribers. I'm 5 years in and just not reaching respectable numbers. Nothing good comes without a challenge and UA-cam is no different. The only thing you could do to make yours grow faster is get some hot chic assistant. LOL!
Thanks for the reply, I think it will improve my self discipline if I take the time each week to go ahead and create a basic video on something in woodworking, or constructing something because that’s what I am doing lots of right now.
