When Ethan eats the fruit, the monster he turns into has the same build as the sasquatch corpses in the North and also the sasquatches from other Far Cry games.

I also noticed books called "Mumu's fashion week" on the shelves. They are a total reference to far cry 4. Where you have to kill certain animals (I think you also have to use a certain weapon too) but the skins would unlock a fully upgraded piece of kit, like more magazines for your guns etc.
You missed some easter eggs. First there are 2 more reference poses in photo mode: Mira and Valkyrie from r6. Second when Nana is downed she says "I've fallen and I cannot get up!"
It all makes sense now! The “loose arrow” from ghost recon wild lands was the missing nuke that Joseph seed had stolen for far cry 5. When Sam showed up he said he had to track it down back in the wildlands dlc. Now that his plane had crashed from that nuke that had gone missing... I believe this is setting up a new splinter cell game!
Joseph didn't steal the Bombs. It was North Korea launched bombs all over the U.S and Nepal. Joseph was just warning everyone of the Bombs but using a Violent method in telling them.
