Bro I swear if you added that “Ready? Action!” yourself, then you’re a god lmao. Loved the breakdown and vibes, looking forward to the developing film video!
Cool video man ! I have just purchased the same camera .. is there an ISO setting that I can’t find ? Or is there no such setting ? How does the camera know what speed film it’s shooting ? Please help ! Thanks Tommy.
Thank you so very much man! It truly means a lot. PS if you don't already have one you should go for it! They're pretty fun and can be found for a good price quite often.
So weird we kinda went thru the same camera journey. I currently shoot with my MJUII, started with the Canon AE-1 and just purchased the Mamiya 645 1000s. That’s too funny lmao
Good choice and lucky buy. Take your time and be picky, "Click = $2" :-). A tripod can be a good way to slow down, cable release and use the mirror lock-up to reduce the camera vibration when you take the shot. If you get the chance to buy a bulk lot of film you can store it in a freezer. Stick it in a strong re-seal-able plastic bag and squeeze the air out. Put in a freezer and it will last for YEARS. Take what you want to shoot out and let it warm up for a couple of hours before you go out. Just make sure other in the house know its there and why. Good shooting.
Thank you for the advice! Since I've posted this video I have actually gotten myself a cable release and have been putting my film in a drawer in a fridge. I've also recently taken up developing and scanning all my film myself. Feels great, really! Thank you again for stopping by.
I really enjoy watching your videos! Only good vibes without any BS or pretentious pomposity. Keep up the great work! 💪🏼
Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I'm just doing me. More is on the way!
