I love, love the pilates bar workouts that mimic the reformer. These workouts are fabulous. I adore the reformer and about 3 years ago I did reformer workouts for about 18 months like 6 times a week and I found it to be a very effective way of toning and strengthening the body plus I just love the resistance of the reformer. Until I can get.a reformer, these pilates bar workouts are fab and so much fun. Thank you x

I really enjoyed it. Love the reformer micmic with the barre. I use to do Pilates on reformer before getting hit by menopause!! Trying to get back where I use to be one day at a time. Thank you
Exactly that … one day at a time … menopause can come with a lot of changes . It’s hard not to look back and focus on what we used to be able to do, that’s never going to lead us to a happy place. Try and focus on what your body enjoys now, new skills, improving mobility and strength … to be the best version of you in the present moment xx I love this workout to ❤️

This was a precious workout for my Monday morning wake up call. I wish I could get a reformer but I live in a tiny cottage so not much room. However the bar workout is brilliant, really enjoyed it 😊 Thank you ❤
