Curious to see if Ash will get any significant changes. Because she is still the 7th most used legend in the game which is not bad at all. I really hope her portal gets a cursor fix amd increased distance + speed and she gets a second tactical charge as well. Tac can use some fixing. Her Passive is still amazing despite the Recon passive too
@@notasock_9194 The fact that Horizon and Newcastle are in C-tier, and Octane is in B-tier makes this tier list horrific. Octane is almost a throw pick in diamond+ lobbies because his jumpad is free beams, he should be D-tier on this list. Horizon and Newcastle are both very powerful in team fights and offer so much versatility, they are both a-tier legends easily.
Agreed, I’d rather go against a caustic than a wattson. Wattson fences can be extremely difficult to deal with in certain s spots and her ult stops grenades and several abilities. That’s in addition to providing your team shield recovery in a wide AOE. She also has one of the 3 smallest hitboxes in the game. Against caustic, I don’t care too much if I’m briefly in the gas, but against wattson I really really don’t want to touch the fence with enemies defending it

Horizon being in c-tier is probably the most laughable take I've ever heard. If you are a controller player maybe she's not that good, but if you're on mnk she's still the best 1v1 character in the game by a long shot. A good horizon with good movement out-strafes any other character by a lot. Not to mention her tactical is still free height for your entire team which is incredibly powerful in diamond+ lobbies. She may not be S-tier like she used to be, but if you're on MNK, horizon is a-tier, controller she's probably b-tier.
I know there are legends that counter NC pretty hard but I don’t think nades counter him nearly as much as your leading on. For example, I had an endgame where my team was holding the tractor outside lava siphon. I was wraith and had NC and caustic on my team. The NC wall and shield was enough to stop probably 15 nades from multiple different teams over the course of say 3 minutes. Unless a team has like 8 nades to spam you out all at once, nades really don’t counter NC hard at all.
I would say lifeline is A Character because of the bats u get and I feel like when u knock someone and they have lifeline they get scared and makes bad pushes
Other support legends can find the extra supplies from the blue bins now is all, and both Newcastle and gibby (other support legends) have strong revives of their own, so it’s hard for lifeline to compete considering her other abilities aren’t that good.
I disagree with most if not every C tier pic, in my opinion octane is just as bad as mirage his ablilities dont do much for the team id pick horizon, castle, ash and vantage every time over octane.
This is not a good tier list respectfully to have Loba in B tier when she is the best support with the support buff outside of new castle which you also graded lower. As a diamond rank twice going for masters on a third run and I usually take information from this source to improve my play. This list is kinda misleading
What people fail to realize is that a legend is only as good as your time put in using them. People getting butt hurt over this list. Reason you like a certain legend is because you have the practice. IMO
Ehh. Gibbys dome only has one counter. It’s also 360 degree cover. Newcastles shield can be shot out pretty quickly, and provides a very limited amount of cover. Gibby also has the arm shield. Newcastles revive is his strongest attribute, but nice as it is, it takes you out of the fight and assumes your team is already in a losing position. I think Gibby is my pick if I’m picking one or the other but that’s just me. Whenever pros find one legend better for comp, the player base quickly decides it’s a “better” pick. Easily swayed.

Sure I guess MAYBE you’ll fight that 2% pick rate Crypto and MAYBE he’ll pocket the EMP until you dome. Seer scan? Sure MAYBE he’ll get lucky and cancel you right as you go to use the shield…for a whole 2-3 seconds until i can use it lol. The only DIRECT counter is Maggie, which is why before Maggie was introduced Seer and Crypto didn’t really scare Gibby mains away from using him. Too niche of a counter that requires incredible amounts of situational awareness and timing to pull off. You’re hypotheticals are just that. In reality, ranked never plays out like pro comp. Also, everything you listed can technically counter Newcastle too. Just add bullets, and ordinances to make an even longer list of things that will evaporate his shield.

Once his bubble is gone he becomes an open target to get beamed. Newcastle can actually reposition with his ult also give fast heals while being mobile. Also I didn’t state hypotheticals. I stated facts. Facts can’t be hypothetical when facts are the plain truth. I used to think gibby was better as well but newcastle is just so much better by him being more mobile. The only thing I will say is that newcastle def takes more skill to learn than gibby. When used effectively, newcastle is def the better option.

Ik im biased as a Newcastle main, but he is never C tier. Definitely A or S.

The Nemesis before it's charged is a 7/10 it's pretty good. But when it's CHARGED it's a 20/10 I get knocked before I realize I was getting shot!!!!!!

Gibby might be too high. Haven’t seen him in higher ranked lobbies for real.
He’s boring to play,which means he’s rarely seen but he has a high winrate.
They should make the Nemesis a tap trigger like the hemlock to make it more balanced or increase recoil
