Tbf, after seeing the nerfs to the passive I thought it would take at least 1s for the heartbeat sensor to pop up (it only being useful before a fight) but after seeing it takes like .5s, it was a massive disappointment.
That's because he is a fundamentally broken character by design and very unfun to play against. There's little agency over what you could do against his abilities and they still do too much.

In case you didn't know, you don't have to use the entire rampart ult to get it to charge, you can start the cool down at whatever percent it left in the gun by pressing B
Though it will only at max refund 75% cooldown If one fires exactly half the bullets in Sheila and then puts it on cooldown, they get 50% cooldown back But firing even one bullet and putting it on cooldown puts it at 75%, though at that point it will get back to 100% in no time at all
I had this cool idea for a newcastle buff where when he slammed down his ult, the wall would emit a shock wave that stuns, slows, and deals damage to any enemy in the vicinity. This would allow NC to make some crazy aggressive plays while also being a good support legend.
This already happens a little bit, as if u land directly on a enemy with his ult they get knocked back quite a bit. Its happened to me before and i got yeeted of a building. Good idea though, even though Newcastle is good in competitive like ALGS but he has a low pick rate in pub and ranked so its fair to buff him
@@teejay1646 I think he just takes a lot of team coordination and timing with his abilities, which is why he’s barely picked. I feel like it would make him more fun for the casual player, it may seem too op on paper tho.
@@BOB_983 I’ve mained new castle since he came and I can say yea he does require a lot of team coordination but also the right team comp around him to make him really useful. A wattson is almost always a must pick with him then someone like valk or wraith. Horizon is pretty good paired w him as well
I've been wanting a buff to fuse like that. Taking less damage from all incoming ordinance from enemies would be huge for Fuse. On top of that, it makes way more connected to his lore since he is all about destruction.
@macro I’m an ash main and a buff idea I had for her was to either a) allow her snare to stun people like the fences or emp, or b) when snared, healing items take slightly longer. Also they need to make her snare faster
@@TheMacroShow tbh a simple ash buff for her tact is to be able to snare an entire team of 3 within the radius. Once they are caught they can be snared for 2.5 seconds instead of 3 to make it more balanced and fair. I feel like this will allow for more team combos and more utility with her squad instead of just being able to snare one person.

Loba is hands-down the worst support lategame. She's useful for third partying and fighting early. Every other support provides infinitely more utility in the last few rings

A great buff for crypto would be to make him able to move his drone similar to Newcastle can move his shield ( he don’t have to enter drone mode to move it)
I know a lot of people mention this, but I somewhat disagree as someone who plays Crypto a lot. The issue is that (unlike what a lot of people think) Crypto’s drone is not treated like a mobile shield or an Echo. This is because the drone is able to be destroyed (very easily, even) and because the consequences are dire if it is ever destroyed. The drone is extremely important and must be placed intelligently (around corners or in nooks and crannies) to avoid detection. Providing the option to move it like an Echo or a mobile shield would just encourage players to move it into open air (I also cannot see how it would be able to have its vision aimed) which is one of the cardinal sins a Crypto player can commit. There is a reason why the precise drone view style movement exists.
IMO most were fine, but there were a few things I'd change personally: * Fuse should be B tier. He's so similar to Maggie as both are great at attacking buildings or heavyly defended position (also his ult is a bit underrated throw that sucker on a roof & you have yourself a budget Seer ult). While he doesn't provide movement his Knuckle Clusters provide consent pressure, his passive to stack nades is great, his ult gets a lot of sh!t but if you think of it a disposable Giant Thermite Grenade to block or move enemies (also scan) you'll see its not a bad ult (just not one worth holding onto) . Fuse is also in the Assault class which gives him extra ammo (and attachments from red bins) e.g. instead of using 4 slots for your 240 light ammo he only needs 3 slots, this free's up another slot for extra nades. If he finds a Gold Bag you can carry 12-14 nades & spam them at anyone that's hiding. Sidenote he's actually really strong against Cataylst (I know the list wasn't about X legend is good so Y is higher because of it, just a fun fact) & with less Wattson's around he's free to let those extra nades fly without any care. * Catalyst honestly doesn't need a buff or nerf despite being in S tier (besides the whole scans through her wall, which is both a buff & a nerf so its more of a Quality of Life change), she only seems broken because she's one half of this season "Revtane." She only appears broken because she makes Seer stronger (like how Octane appeared broken because he made Revenant stronger). * Vantage is basically the Octane of the Recon class. A strong legend that won't see a lot of play because she's outclass at her role, but is by no means weak, she's more suited to Pubs & Ranked games. Her sniper is strong, but sometimes you feel like you an extra shot so I agree with the extra bullet (or get the bullets back faster). Personally I'd put her in B tier, has a useful passive, a good tactical to re-postion herself (a one person Octance Jumnp Pad) & a strong ultimate letting you run a smg & a shotgun without losing range.
imagine vantage got a full on scan for a hit ult shot for 3 seconds so it's more obvious who got tagged for your team. A push with a mobility legend after tagging two enemy's is great but it's hard to know who your teammate vantage tagged.
I think simply making the q come out faster on ash would improve her kit a lot. RIght now you get slowed to walking speed, and you cant do anything for 1-2 secconds while using it. This change would allow a lot better mobility and util in door fights or simply close range building fight.
I think a very simple buff for Lifeline is for her ult to spawn in a replicator as another option. This can be crucial to crafting banners and ammo as well as even respawn beacons. She should have both the option to spawn in a care package OR a replicator. If she can get that she’ll be used so much more in ranked especially.
Revenant ult rework idea: ditch the totem. Instead, he and him alone will turn into a shadowfall shadow with a bit more health. Upon death, he'll turn into an invulnerable mist (like the trailer) for 5 seconds in which he can reposition. Upon leaving mist form he cannot draw his weapon for a full second, but can still silence. Leave the rest of his abilities as is, besides allowing him to climb over some of the small ledges that block him on maps like Stormpoint

Most of his team play potential comes from his tactical anyways; silencing enemies gives virtually no benefit to Revenant besides in denying escape for movement legends, what it does is give his teammates a massive upper hand in an engagement since they have their abilities at their disposal, basically eliminating any ability for an enemy team to react beyond retreating or brute forcing a squad wipe. That and Revenant's ability to reposition quietly behind an enemy team and draw their fire away from his teammates so that the enemy team is surrounded by fire but is forced to split their own in two directions. Changing his ult to my idea would enhance these strengths in his kit, his current ult weakens them.

Like if octanes jump pad was replaced with octane having the ability to double jump, it destroys any team play that the pad had to offer. @@combat_av3nger370 my guy, I've been playing this game since the preseason, with breaks, and have been maining Rev since he came out and couldn't hold his own against a grunt with an R201. His ult is garbage and needs a total rework. And he hasn't been nerfed to the ground, every single one of his abilities, including his ult is 10x better than upon his introduction. Not even legend has to have abilities that directly help the team with zero thought because not every player is so braindead that they can't strategize without them. He can just be a pubs demon with abilities that help the team in more abstract ways that require thought and good communication, without being a death sentence that is counterintuitive to the rest of his kit
There's something that I think you should reconsider with rampart, you don't need to place down Sheila to get all the charge back. You just need to press the button to put it on cool down and it will give you a percentage depending on how much ammo you put back.
I have some ideas for some characters: Mirage shouldn’t be a support he should be a recon. Every time an enemy shoots a decoy, it scans them. Lifeline’s care package should double as a respawn beacon, but I think another buff that may be a little broken is if it also gave teammates their loot back when the respawn. Also, Loba feels super underwhelming at the moment. For how long her Black Market takes to charge up, I think she should be able to take 3 items and make weapons and heals free. However, red tier weapons will take 2 slots. Her tactical also needs a shorter cooldown.
I don't think mirage should be a support or recon, sure he can ping enemies but the purpose of his clone and ult have never been to scan people, they're engagement or escape tools that can ping. What respawn should do is make him better mid fight or make his ult a better escape option
I mean, you get loba’s ult almost instantly at the start of a match. And a 2 minute cooldown isn’t the worst thing in the world. I wouldn’t say she’s underwhelming at all…
I think one good buff for rampart is putting her in the assault legend class. To me her whole shtick is area denial cause of her walls and Sheila so her carrying more ammo and getting guaranteed upgrades to her LMGs seems like the best small buff out there. Just like move mirage to support. A swap so small could buff a legend
Some things you got wrong: If rampart puts shiela away she does get some ult charge back Ash’s passive is also map check. You can see where people die on her map, making it s tier immediately Loba can actually grab banners through her ult. You craft them and then you teleport away and grab them.
you can actually put Shiela to cooldown at anytime and based on the amount of ammo you have left it'll give you a certain percentage. So you start with 173, if you have half of that and start the cooldown it'll start you at 50%
My idea for a Newcastle buff is simply to let him have multiple castle walls up at once. Currently if you ult again, it removes your original ult wall instantly. It’s be cool if you could use ultimate accelerants to sort of use multiple “castle walls” to make a makeshift “castle”. If other legends can have multiple ults out (pathfinder, Octane, etc.) I don’t see why Newcastle can’t. Having multiple castle walls up in one area would be a niche situation that would allow for some really fun and strategies

Newcastle literally doesn't need a buff he's stupidly strong. Just unpopular. Most people can't shield dance, can't micromanage his shield, can't play around his big hitbox and aren't aware of how to abuse his passive
A good buff for new castle I think would be give his mobile shield more health or make it indestructible like gibbys. I play new castle a lot and it’s crazy how many enemy teams I run into that don’t know that his whole kit can be easily destroyed with team fire.
Valk ult is still better than Wraith, because when you launch to the sky with your teammates you're safe, but with Wraith your teammates have to wait until you place portal. They're usually already dead, and then you place portal for enemies to push you
I dont agree, both have pros and cons. Valk has a startup where you can get easily beamed and and people can still shoot you through the sky and like a marco said you cant go into a building. With wraith it does take like 10 seconds for the portal to finish but once you’re in it you can not be shot and that fact that its distance is doubled and she moves faster at the ends makes it a lot easier for wraith to use it. Also if someone takes the portal to push you its an easy beam because you an hear them coming and you know exactly where they’ll be.
As a Valk main I wish it was that easy, but in high ranks nowadays you get vaporized from the air before reaching max altitude if you don't have enough cover, at least for the first seconds, I wish they added back the ability to spin teammates around you, just to have a little cover from the sides... but I still think the rotation capacity is better for Valk than Wraith
That's gotta be the most short sighted and nooby take on wraiths ability. If you're using the portal to escape from enemies you're using it wrong. I don't even play wraith but i know this much from fighting those sweats daily.
lol you think you’re safe when using a valk ult? It has a long start up time and enemies can easily shoot you out of the air if they’re good enough at the game. Just watch ALGS. Also, these abilities aren’t just for escape, they’re also for rotations. If you’re only using them in fights, then you’re using them terribly wrong.
I think a solid buff that could give Vantage a higher capability for teamwork would be to give her some sort of extra recon capabilities besides just being able to see really far and scout ahead. And I think a great way to do that would be to have shots from her sniper briefly scan people that you hit it with to quickly tell your team where the target you just tenderized for them is. More often than not, unless I shoot a guy that my team is already in a close/mid-ranged fight with, it's up to me to push whoever I marked; so giving her ult a scan that's just long enough to tell her team where a marked target is can really help with that. I also think her tactical's windup animation could be a liiiiittle bit faster? Like, not TOO fast obviously, you don't wanna give her the same mobility as skirmishers-- but I dunno, it feels like it's just a fraction of a second too long.
I kinda like the idea of the bat being a kind of proximity sensor. You can leave it hovering somewhere and if an enemy gets close to it: it will start screeching to warn you. That way the whole "place the bat in advance" mechanic feels like an interesting decision making process where sometimes you're pre-planning your escape and sometimes you're trying to use to bat to warn you before you get pushed

I agree with this tier list mostly except for fuse and bloodhound. Bloodhound hasn’t had any nerfs to put him from s to c or b tier and fuse has a strong tactical to put him in high c tier or low b tier
Bloodhound is currently S Tier, a lot of people just don't know how to play his new kit, bloodhound now knows and can constantly track where every team on the map is.
No he is not. Simply wrong. Knowing where every team is, is nothing exclusive for him and he lost a great amount of his combat power. He is still decent but not anywhere near S tier

Bloodhound tactical rework to end aoe scans. Bloodthirst: For 30 seconds after hurting an enemy, you can use your tactical to scan them and track their footsteps (like in your ult) for 15 seconds. You also gain a speed boost while following their footsteps.
Octane's stim does too much damage. When they nerfed him in season 9 that wasn't even an issue, the issue was his Jump pad. They should revert the stim and **maybe** the ultimate.
For me, Rev is pretty useful because by crouching he can move faster while healing, you can surprise enemies when you climb up somewhere and you can use his tactical for detecting enemies.
Rampart’s ult can reset at any point. You don’t have to place it as a turret to reset. Anyways, she does need a little buff. If her walls formed as fast as wattson fences she’d be a much higher tier. Edit: I just read the pinned comment. Sry😅
I really like it overall but loba must be A tier at least especially with crafting banners she is insane. When things go bad and you are last one standing u can use bracelet and go craft so if u focus on being last one standing u basically win a fight or go again + provide items after revive with ult
I am a Seer main and I believe making it so his ult can’t go through Bang smokes and Catalyst Wall is a good nerf to tone him down, but reducing the size and duration of his ult is a little too much and I think no one would play seer and he would drop to like B tier.

Catalyst does literally nothing besides the ult, and even then it’s mostly useless except for extremely niche situations, and other legends can do the same exact thing anyway

Hey Macro, Rampart already has that. You don't need to put it down just click next like you would on any other weapon to switch it to single fire or whatever.
On par with Crypto, the new recon passive is a better deal than scanning for ring location imo. Due to the fact that there's an animation between scanning on survey beacon, Crypto doesn't need to do that because of his drone. This alone lets him scan survey beacons outside the ring for enemies, plus it would lead to better postioning to scan for the enemies. Having the map room on a larger scale is now more terrifying than scanning for the next ring imo. P.S. Crypto is usually never outclassed. Rather, he is overshadowed.
Have to admit the idea for Revenant's Ultimate to return at any time sounds great. I dont know if giving his tactical a little bit more of range and travel speed (closer to Fuse's) could be a good idea too. Fuse, while i understand why Respawn did it; making him inmune to the damage of his Ultimate would be nice. I still think making his ultimate a projectile which explodes and then creates the ring of fire (kinda the teaser for Fuse back in S7) would make him more in pair with Caustic. His Ultimate needs to make some damage by default. Currently, i dont fear Fuse's Ult if i am behind cover. Like, lets say, a box. I just remain behind cover healing from the 'nades if anything until the scan ends. The fire might not damage the enemies but it surely slows them down and blinds them, i just use their push against them. Rampart, i think it would be nice to get a little bit ammo for her Ultimate from using accelerators before placing it. Similar to Vantage's. Obviously not a lot of ammo or it would be broken. Ash Tactical should be buffed somehow. Either at traveling speed or, yes, cooldown time. Or both. Or maybe im just bad with her. IDK Crypto. I still think he needs a real Passive. An independent one from his Tactical. And thats it. Loba, i totally agree with making her being able to pick teammates banners with her Ultimate.
maybe vantages ultimate could be like a supercharge for one shot in a gun, dealing double or triple damage. high risk because once you shoot it’s gone, but very high rewards. also keeps the sniper idea
I honestly think Rampart is OP, and super underrated. I still do trash with her, cuz I forget to use the walls pretty often. However, having a gun that shreds people in SECONDS at a 2 MINUTE COOLDOWN is absolutely busted. Although, some changes would be warranted; She’s a Controller Legend, which is obviously helpful- But it doesn’t make sense considering her kit. She has ONE ability to hold down an area/building- Hence why she should be in the Assault class. The extra ammo and better supplies would make sense due to her passive- And her background, since she’s a modder. Also, her walls provide extra damage, which is helpful in combat. And not to mention, the (roughly) 140 pound heavy machine gun attached to her back.. In terms of other changes, speeding up her cover placement and increasing its build/overall health would make sense. Her ult doesn’t really need any changes, but I 100% think that bullets should be added over time like Vantage’s. Having to put Shiela on cooldown after firing 30 bullets is pretty stupid. With her passive, I think it could be expanded to SMGs instead of just LMGs- They’re all big, fast-firing guns, so it would make sense. If you made it this far, thank you! @@teejay1646 FR! Rampart’s basically easy mode when you get good with her, you don’t have to worry about positioning and you have a pocket eraser- I’m pretty bad with her, but she is fun af. I also pop off sometimes with Shiela and get like 6 knocks/kills in 20 seconds.. Actually got that 4 knocks/20 seconds badge today.
I feel like they could have seer's ult pulse kinda like how his passive works now. So its not constant but its still enough to do its job. Also i would definitely switch pathy and valk. Valk is basically a schoolbus while path can drop like 3 ults back to back due to the skirmisher passive on top of all of his outplay potential from his grapple
As a Fuse main I might disagree with D, but he definitely needs a buff. The no damage from his ult and reduced damage from ordinates is definitely the way to go.
Rev should return back to totem when it runs out becasue when you push people they just hide or wait until the timers over and then your super vulnerable
If they ever did anything to Watson it should be the ability to turn on and off her ult because I can't tell you how many times it had ruined a friendly ult or grenade it also wouldn't seem to broken because I would give enemies a window of attack.
Pushing with a Caustic feels so good not only covering the area with traps and throwing your alt into an area to push and spread enemies is always great usually with ambushing, oddly great Offensively, especially with his damage redux cause thicc mid to High A

I had this cool idea for a newcastle buff where when he slammed down his ult, the wall would emit a shock wave that stuns, slows, and deals damage to any enemy in the vicinity. This would allow NC to make some crazy aggressive plays while also being a good support legend.
Something like Galio ult from LoL or the Gravity Spikes from BO3 would be sick for Newcastle
This already happens a little bit, as if u land directly on a enemy with his ult they get knocked back quite a bit. Its happened to me before and i got yeeted of a building.
Good idea though, even though Newcastle is good in competitive like ALGS but he has a low pick rate in pub and ranked so its fair to buff him

A wattson is almost always a must pick with him then someone like valk or wraith. Horizon is pretty good paired w him as well
I've been wanting a buff to fuse like that. Taking less damage from all incoming ordinance from enemies would be huge for Fuse. On top of that, it makes way more connected to his lore since he is all about destruction.

@macro I’m an ash main and a buff idea I had for her was to either a) allow her snare to stun people like the fences or emp, or b) when snared, healing items take slightly longer. Also they need to make her snare faster
Snare being faster isn’t a bad idea. Countering heals might feel terrible though
@@TheMacroShow tbh a simple ash buff for her tact is to be able to snare an entire team of 3 within the radius. Once they are caught they can be snared for 2.5 seconds instead of 3 to make it more balanced and fair. I feel like this will allow for more team combos and more utility with her squad instead of just being able to snare one person.

A great buff for crypto would be to make him able to move his drone similar to Newcastle can move his shield ( he don’t have to enter drone mode to move it)
I know a lot of people mention this, but I somewhat disagree as someone who plays Crypto a lot.
The issue is that (unlike what a lot of people think) Crypto’s drone is not treated like a mobile shield or an Echo. This is because the drone is able to be destroyed (very easily, even) and because the consequences are dire if it is ever destroyed.
The drone is extremely important and must be placed intelligently (around corners or in nooks and crannies) to avoid detection. Providing the option to move it like an Echo or a mobile shield would just encourage players to move it into open air (I also cannot see how it would be able to have its vision aimed) which is one of the cardinal sins a Crypto player can commit.
There is a reason why the precise drone view style movement exists.

IMO most were fine, but there were a few things I'd change personally:
* Fuse should be B tier. He's so similar to Maggie as both are great at attacking buildings or heavyly defended position (also his ult is a bit underrated throw that sucker on a roof & you have yourself a budget Seer ult). While he doesn't provide movement his Knuckle Clusters provide consent pressure, his passive to stack nades is great, his ult gets a lot of sh!t but if you think of it a disposable Giant Thermite Grenade to block or move enemies (also scan) you'll see its not a bad ult (just not one worth holding onto) .
Fuse is also in the Assault class which gives him extra ammo (and attachments from red bins) e.g. instead of using 4 slots for your 240 light ammo he only needs 3 slots, this free's up another slot for extra nades. If he finds a Gold Bag you can carry 12-14 nades & spam them at anyone that's hiding.
Sidenote he's actually really strong against Cataylst (I know the list wasn't about X legend is good so Y is higher because of it, just a fun fact) & with less Wattson's around he's free to let those extra nades fly without any care.
* Catalyst honestly doesn't need a buff or nerf despite being in S tier (besides the whole scans through her wall, which is both a buff & a nerf so its more of a Quality of Life change), she only seems broken because she's one half of this season "Revtane." She only appears broken because she makes Seer stronger (like how Octane appeared broken because he made Revenant stronger).
* Vantage is basically the Octane of the Recon class. A strong legend that won't see a lot of play because she's outclass at her role, but is by no means weak, she's more suited to Pubs & Ranked games. Her sniper is strong, but sometimes you feel like you an extra shot so I agree with the extra bullet (or get the bullets back faster). Personally I'd put her in B tier, has a useful passive, a good tactical to re-postion herself (a one person Octance Jumnp Pad) & a strong ultimate letting you run a smg & a shotgun without losing range.
The fuse ideas I so agree with the grenade jumping and his ult not hurting him
imagine vantage got a full on scan for a hit ult shot for 3 seconds so it's more obvious who got tagged for your team. A push with a mobility legend after tagging two enemy's is great but it's hard to know who your teammate vantage tagged.
I think simply making the q come out faster on ash would improve her kit a lot. RIght now you get slowed to walking speed, and you cant do anything for 1-2 secconds while using it. This change would allow a lot better mobility and util in door fights or simply close range building fight.

I’ve found that Revenant and Wraith’s ults pair really well this season. Me and my homies have had a lot of successful pushes doing that
I think a very simple buff for Lifeline is for her ult to spawn in a replicator as another option. This can be crucial to crafting banners and ammo as well as even respawn beacons.
She should have both the option to spawn in a care package OR a replicator. If she can get that she’ll be used so much more in ranked especially.
Revenant ult rework idea: ditch the totem. Instead, he and him alone will turn into a shadowfall shadow with a bit more health. Upon death, he'll turn into an invulnerable mist (like the trailer) for 5 seconds in which he can reposition. Upon leaving mist form he cannot draw his weapon for a full second, but can still silence. Leave the rest of his abilities as is, besides allowing him to climb over some of the small ledges that block him on maps like Stormpoint
Apex is supposed to be team oriented as described by the developers. your idea destroys any team play possible with revs ult

Most of his team play potential comes from his tactical anyways; silencing enemies gives virtually no benefit to Revenant besides in denying escape for movement legends, what it does is give his teammates a massive upper hand in an engagement since they have their abilities at their disposal, basically eliminating any ability for an enemy team to react beyond retreating or brute forcing a squad wipe. That and Revenant's ability to reposition quietly behind an enemy team and draw their fire away from his teammates so that the enemy team is surrounded by fire but is forced to split their own in two directions. Changing his ult to my idea would enhance these strengths in his kit, his current ult weakens them.

Like if octanes jump pad was replaced with octane having the ability to double jump, it destroys any team play that the pad had to offer. @@combat_av3nger370 my guy, I've been playing this game since the preseason, with breaks, and have been maining Rev since he came out and couldn't hold his own against a grunt with an R201. His ult is garbage and needs a total rework. And he hasn't been nerfed to the ground, every single one of his abilities, including his ult is 10x better than upon his introduction. Not even legend has to have abilities that directly help the team with zero thought because not every player is so braindead that they can't strategize without them. He can just be a pubs demon with abilities that help the team in more abstract ways that require thought and good communication, without being a death sentence that is counterintuitive to the rest of his kit

There's something that I think you should reconsider with rampart, you don't need to place down Sheila to get all the charge back. You just need to press the button to put it on cool down and it will give you a percentage depending on how much ammo you put back.
I have some ideas for some characters:
Mirage shouldn’t be a support he should be a recon. Every time an enemy shoots a decoy, it scans them.
Lifeline’s care package should double as a respawn beacon, but I think another buff that may be a little broken is if it also gave teammates their loot back when the respawn.
Also, Loba feels super underwhelming at the moment. For how long her Black Market takes to charge up, I think she should be able to take 3 items and make weapons and heals free. However, red tier weapons will take 2 slots. Her tactical also needs a shorter cooldown.
Mirage is skirmisher
I don't think mirage should be a support or recon, sure he can ping enemies but the purpose of his clone and ult have never been to scan people, they're engagement or escape tools that can ping. What respawn should do is make him better mid fight or make his ult a better escape option

I think one good buff for rampart is putting her in the assault legend class. To me her whole shtick is area denial cause of her walls and Sheila so her carrying more ammo and getting guaranteed upgrades to her LMGs seems like the best small buff out there. Just like move mirage to support. A swap so small could buff a legend
Some things you got wrong:
If rampart puts shiela away she does get some ult charge back
Ash’s passive is also map check. You can see where people die on her map, making it s tier immediately
Loba can actually grab banners through her ult. You craft them and then you teleport away and grab them.
If you have shot less than the half of Sheila bullets you get a 75% if you shot the half or more you get a 50%, not too much people knows about it…

Vantage sniper shots give a seer tactical scan when you hit them so it is easier for the team to focus isolate and push that target
you can yoink your teammates banners in loba’s ultimate. you can use her ultimate while the banners are in the crafter
you can actually put Shiela to cooldown at anytime and based on the amount of ammo you have left it'll give you a certain percentage. So you start with 173, if you have half of that and start the cooldown it'll start you at 50%

My idea for a Newcastle buff is simply to let him have multiple castle walls up at once. Currently if you ult again, it removes your original ult wall instantly. It’s be cool if you could use ultimate accelerants to sort of use multiple “castle walls” to make a makeshift “castle”. If other legends can have multiple ults out (pathfinder, Octane, etc.) I don’t see why Newcastle can’t. Having multiple castle walls up in one area would be a niche situation that would allow for some really fun and strategies

A good buff for new castle I think would be give his mobile shield more health or make it indestructible like gibbys. I play new castle a lot and it’s crazy how many enemy teams I run into that don’t know that his whole kit can be easily destroyed with team fire.
Valk ult is still better than Wraith, because when you launch to the sky with your teammates you're safe, but with Wraith your teammates have to wait until you place portal. They're usually already dead, and then you place portal for enemies to push you
I dont agree, both have pros and cons. Valk has a startup where you can get easily beamed and and people can still shoot you through the sky and like a marco said you cant go into a building. With wraith it does take like 10 seconds for the portal to finish but once you’re in it you can not be shot and that fact that its distance is doubled and she moves faster at the ends makes it a lot easier for wraith to use it. Also if someone takes the portal to push you its an easy beam because you an hear them coming and you know exactly where they’ll be.
As a Valk main I wish it was that easy, but in high ranks nowadays you get vaporized from the air before reaching max altitude if you don't have enough cover, at least for the first seconds, I wish they added back the ability to spin teammates around you, just to have a little cover from the sides... but I still think the rotation capacity is better for Valk than Wraith
That's gotta be the most short sighted and nooby take on wraiths ability. If you're using the portal to escape from enemies you're using it wrong. I don't even play wraith but i know this much from fighting those sweats daily.
lol you think you’re safe when using a valk ult? It has a long start up time and enemies can easily shoot you out of the air if they’re good enough at the game. Just watch ALGS.
Also, these abilities aren’t just for escape, they’re also for rotations. If you’re only using them in fights, then you’re using them terribly wrong.
I think a solid buff that could give Vantage a higher capability for teamwork would be to give her some sort of extra recon capabilities besides just being able to see really far and scout ahead. And I think a great way to do that would be to have shots from her sniper briefly scan people that you hit it with to quickly tell your team where the target you just tenderized for them is. More often than not, unless I shoot a guy that my team is already in a close/mid-ranged fight with, it's up to me to push whoever I marked; so giving her ult a scan that's just long enough to tell her team where a marked target is can really help with that.
I also think her tactical's windup animation could be a liiiiittle bit faster? Like, not TOO fast obviously, you don't wanna give her the same mobility as skirmishers-- but I dunno, it feels like it's just a fraction of a second too long.
I kinda like the idea of the bat being a kind of proximity sensor. You can leave it hovering somewhere and if an enemy gets close to it: it will start screeching to warn you.
That way the whole "place the bat in advance" mechanic feels like an interesting decision making process where sometimes you're pre-planning your escape and sometimes you're trying to use to bat to warn you before you get pushed

Bloodthirst: For 30 seconds after hurting an enemy, you can use your tactical to scan them and track their footsteps (like in your ult) for 15 seconds. You also gain a speed boost while following their footsteps.

Octane's stim does too much damage. When they nerfed him in season 9 that wasn't even an issue, the issue was his Jump pad. They should revert the stim and **maybe** the ultimate.

For me, Rev is pretty useful because by crouching he can move faster while healing, you can surprise enemies when you climb up somewhere and you can use his tactical for detecting enemies.

Rampart’s ult can reset at any point. You don’t have to place it as a turret to reset. Anyways, she does need a little buff. If her walls formed as fast as wattson fences she’d be a much higher tier.

I really like it overall but loba must be A tier at least especially with crafting banners she is insane. When things go bad and you are last one standing u can use bracelet and go craft so if u focus on being last one standing u basically win a fight or go again + provide items after revive with ult

I am a Seer main and I believe making it so his ult can’t go through Bang smokes and Catalyst Wall is a good nerf to tone him down, but reducing the size and duration of his ult is a little too much and I think no one would play seer and he would drop to like B tier.

Also Catalyst is nowhere near S, as her passive is useless outdoors, her tactical is breakable and the wall can be countered with height movement legends like Horizon, Pathfinder or Valkyrie. It’s sad to see octane in c. But I do agree. And the buff you recommended I feel would make him better.
On par with Crypto, the new recon passive is a better deal than scanning for ring location imo. Due to the fact that there's an animation between scanning on survey beacon, Crypto doesn't need to do that because of his drone. This alone lets him scan survey beacons outside the ring for enemies, plus it would lead to better postioning to scan for the enemies. Having the map room on a larger scale is now more terrifying than scanning for the next ring imo. P.S. Crypto is usually never outclassed. Rather, he is overshadowed.

A possible Seer nerf is to make his ult pulse. Kind of like a 360 degree mirage scan, so the synergies with Catalyst and Bangalore are dead.
Have to admit the idea for Revenant's Ultimate to return at any time sounds great.
I dont know if giving his tactical a little bit more of range and travel speed (closer to Fuse's) could be a good idea too.
Fuse, while i understand why Respawn did it; making him inmune to the damage of his Ultimate would be nice.
I still think making his ultimate a projectile which explodes and then creates the ring of fire (kinda the teaser for Fuse back in S7) would make him more in pair with Caustic.
His Ultimate needs to make some damage by default.
Currently, i dont fear Fuse's Ult if i am behind cover. Like, lets say, a box. I just remain behind cover healing from the 'nades if anything until the scan ends. The fire might not damage the enemies but it surely slows them down and blinds them, i just use their push against them.
Rampart, i think it would be nice to get a little bit ammo for her Ultimate from using accelerators before placing it. Similar to Vantage's. Obviously not a lot of ammo or it would be broken.
Ash Tactical should be buffed somehow. Either at traveling speed or, yes, cooldown time. Or both.

I honestly think Rampart is OP, and super underrated. I still do trash with her, cuz I forget to use the walls pretty often. However, having a gun that shreds people in SECONDS at a 2 MINUTE COOLDOWN is absolutely busted. Although, some changes would be warranted;
She’s a Controller Legend, which is obviously helpful- But it doesn’t make sense considering her kit. She has ONE ability to hold down an area/building- Hence why she should be in the Assault class. The extra ammo and better supplies would make sense due to her passive- And her background, since she’s a modder. Also, her walls provide extra damage, which is helpful in combat. And not to mention, the (roughly) 140 pound heavy machine gun attached to her back..
In terms of other changes, speeding up her cover placement and increasing its build/overall health would make sense. Her ult doesn’t really need any changes, but I 100% think that bullets should be added over time like Vantage’s. Having to put Shiela on cooldown after firing 30 bullets is pretty stupid. With her passive, I think it could be expanded to SMGs instead of just LMGs- They’re all big, fast-firing guns, so it would make sense.

Yeah people who think Rampart is bad are the kind of players who play her like absolute shit and just sit in one spot without considering the angles you need to have covered
@@teejay1646 FR! Rampart’s basically easy mode when you get good with her, you don’t have to worry about positioning and you have a pocket eraser- I’m pretty bad with her, but she is fun af. I also pop off sometimes with Shiela and get like 6 knocks/kills in 20 seconds.. Actually got that 4 knocks/20 seconds badge today.

I feel like they could have seer's ult pulse kinda like how his passive works now. So its not constant but its still enough to do its job. Also i would definitely switch pathy and valk. Valk is basically a schoolbus while path can drop like 3 ults back to back due to the skirmisher passive on top of all of his outplay potential from his grapple

Rev should return back to totem when it runs out becasue when you push people they just hide or wait until the timers over and then your super vulnerable
If they ever did anything to Watson it should be the ability to turn on and off her ult because I can't tell you how many times it had ruined a friendly ult or grenade it also wouldn't seem to broken because I would give enemies a window of attack.

What’s funny is that in apex legends mobile lifeline actually has the ability to make her drone follow people, however it’s part of a perk system.
