    Excellent video about common mistakes made by beginners which lead to knee pain. Also good suggestions to prevent those mistakes. Explained in a manner which makes it accessible to beginners.
    Please do a similar video about common mistakes made by beginners in Dandasana (staff pose) and how to prevent those mistakes.

    I usually (but not alwayas) have knee pain during dhanurasana, even if i flex my feet. Using a belt helps, but i don’t understand the anatomy if pain

    I have knee pain when i do turkey sit when I have full knee flexion, do you have experience with it?
