Sur notre réseau, nous sommes rarement limités par les performances au décollage.
Les décollage TOGA ne se font généralement que sur pistes contaminées, ou pour des décollages avec RVR = 125m (portée visuelle de piste, pour faire simple la visibilité) où ils sont obligatoires. Pour nous, c'est donc plus fréquemment l'hiver que l'on décolle TOGA, et à vue de nez, ça ne doit pas excéder au maximum 5% des décollages sur l'année.

I am SO afraid of flying, the take of from Nice was my last flight EVER, do they have to keep the massive turn (in the beginning) cause of noisyness inside of Nice????

No please Amy, you must fly again (otherwise, I'll become useless).
Nice airport is pretty much stuck between Cap d'Antibes and Cap Ferrat.
Cap d'Antibes is a noise sensitive area and must not be overflown except during straight-in ILS in bad weather, and has to be flown around on a southwesterly take off. On a northeasterly take off, Nice and Cap Ferrat are straight ahead and the turn is more about terrain avoidance. And although in both cases the turn is 90°, it doesn't have to be "fighter-style" and can be done nice and gentle.
To sum it up, there is no real other option...
