In March Justice Kinney (the coroner) gave Chris Heaton-Harris (the Sec for NI) four weeks to decide on a public inquiry. In April the family the took legal action against Harris over his failure to respond. Three weeks ago a judge set that court date for Sept, citing the likelihood of a new secretary being in post after the election. We will soon find out if Labour will serve Sean Brown's family any better.
Another family denied any justice to protect agents and informers, disgusting really.
The Brown family will have to wait a long time for Justice...Perpetual light upon his soul...
You'll never find out why it happened. The only thing to do is to keep fighting the system which prohibits you knowing.
Police had prior. Knowledge Sean was to be taken away snd murdered but let it happen to protect their agents .

I know this is totally insane and horrifying and maybe should be locked up for this . Though I was one of many victims of the IRA living in the UK , I wish I had lived in Northern Ireland during the horrid conflict and see first hand the horrid violence , torture and excitement of it all , and survived and tell the tale as I have been able to surviving eight plus attacks in the UK .The neighbourhoods of N Ireland of that time were beautiful despite the daily horrors that went on there for thirty years . I wish I had moved to Northern Ireland , and support the cause of a united Ireland there , I hope one day I am still alive finally make countless visits to Ireland North and the Republic it is about time long over due . I love all Irish people like the rest they are not perfect , there are good and bad but they are first class people nonetheless take them over the Americans any day, and those who live in the US, and not born in the US , about the only decent people there are the ones whose land has been taken the Indigenous People . I am very proud being born in the Caribbean and bred in the UK to be three percent Irish . Wish it was more , but take the three percent always loved all things Irish . God bless Ireland , God bless there be a united Ireland and God bless Sein Feinn and those still fighting the cause of a united Ireland under the tri colour flag . I am very proud to be from the UK I am also partly British myself through my lineage , does not mean I support from the very beginning the British presence in Ireland time for Ireland to be given back to the Irish as it should be .
