I was excited to see finally Chef Yankel back !! But then realized this is the older video . Butcher Box .. where did the great Chef Yankel go ?
IF THOSE SAD THERMOMETERS ARE SET AT 180F, THEY SHOULD NEVER BE USED. 160-165 FOR INNER THIGH IS PERFECT!!
What a waste... not close enough to really see what Chef Yankel is doing. :(
