If you can take the truck off the ramps. And make sure it’s not on an incline. It will drain out the front. I use jack stands so I can lower it before taking off the filter. Hope it helps!
is yours a 2.7EB? i have a 22 as well, but mine is 3.5 and my oil pan and drain plug location look different than yours. as for the filter, yes, its a huge pain to even unscrew it, yours looks like its a lot easier to remove. mine is lodged way deep in there and i can't even get the filter tool around it (barely). my oil also comes out from the back, even though i have a drip slide for it in the front. absolutely retarded.
