Are you using curcible metal for melting copper?, how long you melt it

That's nice. I've watch hundreds of videos on making ingots. Many were yours. Ive seen them ground on , sanded and polished but none came out as good as your orbs.. I guess if the perfect ingot its going to have to come from a sand mold.
