This is literally the best cheesecake recipe ever! I cannot stop making this. It's crazy how it's so good!
Here's some tips:
1. Instead of using digestive biscuit 100%, you can use 50% lotus biscoff biscuit 50% digestive biscuit to get the sweet and crunchy combo!
2. You can whip the whip cream first in another bowl. That way it's waaay easier and it tastes the same :)
3. If the sugar is not dissolved properly, you can just use a mixer and mix everything with it. There's no problem.
4. For those who think 7 inches cheesecake is not enough, I always double the recipe and use 10 or 11 inches baking pan because my family loveeessss cheesecake.
5. Replace the sour cream with yogurt, you'll be doing yourself a super delicious favor!!!

Hello Nino-San, I made this cake yesterday and had it chilled overnight for Father's day today. It was really good. It wasn't too sweet and the cheese had a very smooth texture to taste. My family liked it very much as will.
I had heard people saying that recipe on youtube videos don't really work so I had never tried with youtube videos before but I'm glad I did try making this New York Cheesecake.
I'll definitely make it again.

I just made my first ever cheesecake using this recipe and it turned out soooo goooood!
