I followed the directions closely and made this last night. I found myself using a lot of bowls, And it was time consuming. The presentation is beautiful. The bubble wrap technique really works. The cheesecake itself was too tangy. Next time I will add more sugar to taste. It was still delicious.

I really appreciate the way this tutorial was shot. It's very calming to have no background music. The camera angles showcase the ingredients beautifully and have a lot of aesthetics. I miss Nino’s own subtitles, the ones where he typed himself, using his own speaking terms, even with a few grammatical mistakes, i liked it it’s just him being himself. This one ‘adjusted to proper english’ done by subber doesn’t sound like him :((
