This is a really helpful video. Not asking if my opponent moved to a safe square has cost me recently, not to mention needing a plan fairly often.
So I tried to come up with a mnemonic:
    SSAD OTto needed a plan
While he checked the move's effect
    On the SOP
Where SS = Safe Square; AD = Attackers and Defenders; OT = Opponent's threat; and SOP = Safety of Pieces.
    Almost a haiku!

At 2:15 i also thought about taking the pawn on e6, but why couldn't i take the knight at f6 first?

The number of attackers vs number of defenders tip is awesome. I've made countless mistakes and blunders not thinking of that lol

I’m glad it’s helpful! And yeah haha a lot of blunders can be prevented asking that before a move.

if only doing a BlunderCheck each move wouldn't be so exhausting 😩 and if only playing hope chess and sacking pieces wouldn't feel so good in the moment 😂

Absolutely amazing tips, but I seriously doubt do masters including you too ask these questions in your head? Coz I am fed up with making list of such questions but I get lost in the game & forget to ask, I have tried lots of things but my mind doesn't listen to me😅, what to do!😢
