It’s incredible how smart they are- my month and a half old veiled Pequod always stops when i look at him from anywhere in my room, even when im concealed behind my coat rack or on top my loft bed. He’s shy too but hopefully feeding him like how you mentioned helps get him used to me.
Thank you Bill for these wonderful videos !! As one of your podcasts/website followers, I am so happy to see you active on UA-cam again :) Appreciate you and thank you for everything you do for the chameleon community! ❤️💚🙌🙌🙌 My chameleons eat off my hand but I also find it easy to use a leave as little plate and I put feeders on and my boys will eat them very comfortably !! ❤️
OMG I just found out this is my spirit creature! Im pouring over all your information and others regarding this amazing animal. LOL @ 4:30. Thanks for showing your miss. It happens and as you say keep trying.
I just got a panther he eats from the tweezers but his tounge gets stuck on them.. I wanna try and hand feed him but I always drop the roach or crickets even the super worms when I try.. Lol any suggestions
It just means that your chameleons is viewing you in a positive light and is less nervous around you. There is benefit to your chameleon seeing you as something other than a potential predator. And so this is one way to work towards that. (It is the only way I use)
I found out that the music I purchased and used in those videos was not approved for UA-cam like I thought. So I had to change them out. I apologize for the confusion.
@@ChameleonAcademy oh for goodness sake, when it comes to UA-cam sometimes you just can't win... I appreciate you taking the time to re-upload them, and I hope future uploads go smoother for you!
Pro tip: If holding bugs with your hands freaks you out (like me) tongs and cup feeding works too 😅
Hey you! Chameleons uniting the world. I watch your channel also.
