Most of these phones are basic Android functions. You should find someone that sells or distribute the government phones. Those are hit or miss.

I refunded the same defective phone and the reason was bc it didnt receive phone calls, IT WAS MISSING THE PURPOSE OF THE PHONE. that was the only reason I got it is to make a few calls and it cant even manage to do so
