Recipe:
Pork - 1kg (2.2lbs)
Potatoes - 2 pieces (approx. 900 g / 2 lbs)
Tomatoes - 2-3 pieces
Red onion - 1/2 piece
Parsley - 2-3 sprigs
Sour cream or Greek yogurt - 2 tablespoons
Tomato paste - 4 tablespoons
Vegetable oil - 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
Olive oil - 30 ml (3 tablespoons)
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Dried garlic - 1 teaspoon
Ground ginger - 1/2 teaspoon

En primer lugar no sé que interes tiene poner rodajas de patatas intercaladas en la carne, la patata no dará ningun sabor a la carne. En segundo lugar para que las patatas queden en su punto tenemos que hornear 45 minutos y la carne se secara demasiado y se arruinara el plato...
