Great Video. I inherited a total gym from 1999 and only had VHS tapes to explain how to use it. I couldn't figure out how to get on and off for all of the exercises. This was very helpful and will look for more videos by David.
Excellent explanation with demo... thank you... hoping to not be so intimidated by my TG ... just really concerned about the fact I'm still so overweight and unbalanced. Yet, your careful detail continues to help me be more confident. Thank you.
Hi, John - The set up for the Supreme should be very similar to this. I also have a separate video about folding and unfolding the Total Gym here: ua-cam.com/video/yNd-ecD69mA/v-deo.html Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Hi, Tonya - Glad to help! I don't have a video on lowering and raising. In general, I would say you are on the right level when you can maintain proper form and the last 2-3 reps feel challenging to complete. If you can't maintain good form, lower the rails. If you are able to maintain good form and complete your reps while not feeling challenged, raise the rails. 👍
Your videos are put together excellent David. Nice work. Can I ask you what platform you use to make them on and yr cute subscribe reminders - love it. As a TG Global Master Trainer thumbs up from me
Thanks, Sandy! Mostly I use PicPlayPost to edit the videos, especially ones less than 30 minutes. To create graphics I use Canva. Some of the longer format videos I have used Power Director.
All fantastic tips to stay safe.
Thank you and thanks for watching!
Thanks so much for this well detailed video. I'm a beginner and new to the total gym.
You're welcome, Kristie! Glad you found it helpful!
